Buyer Beware! Horrible experience. Went car shopping with my daughter. At this location. Salesman Isaac Alarcon kept giving my daughter inaccurate information. He was quite misleading and kept giving her false hope and promising 1 payment plan then switching it up several times. He is very unexperienced and dishonest has absolutely not one ounce of knowledge of what vehicles are in stock and practices deceptive sales tactics. After promising to run her credit once she recieved multiple alerts from Experian reflecting a hard pull on her credit score 9 times. This is absurd! All this just to get a bigger commission. He was more concerned of lining his wallet instead of focusing on the customers needs. After 3 hours wasted , We ended up at El Centro Motors where she was provided with Exceptional service and drove off the lot with a great vehicle at great price in half the time.

Unfortunately, I got a typical bait and switch. I got offered one car, then studently the car wasn't available. A week later, the car is still on their website, their reps still say it's available and they try to get you to drive to them. Magically, the car disappears again, but they offer you a car that's 2 years/15k miles older for the same price. This is some sleazy tactics.

I found a Truck I liked at Imperial Valley Chevrolet Buick GMC and had called ahead to schedule an appointment. I made the 150-mile drive and test drove the truck, I had been looking for a while and decided to purchase this truck. First let me state that the salesperson Jesus was very accommodating, however even after providing all the information required and being approved the dealership Management went above and beyond to stop me from buying this truck. Even after I had sent a mechanic to inspect the truck the dealership was still going out of it's way to exclude me from buying the truck. If you are not the right color DO NOT GO HERE. In the process I eventually had 1 Manager call to pacify me as I was contacting the salesman numerous times a day for about 10 days straight. How pathetic to have 1 individual trying to make a living and the MANAGEMENT staff acting like _________________________________________________. Keith Bielmeier in Homeland CA.
