I drove 5 hours to pick up a 2025 Yukon ultimate XL. I had my own bank for the funding, they didn’t call them and I was at the dealer for hours for them to confirm and get the money they needed. I got the truck, the manager let me know he would give me a year of maintenance for the troubles. I’ve called back for weeks, kept getting told I’d get a call back and everyone disregards it. Happy with the truck, unhappy with who’s running the place to offer something to alleviate the situation and then not fall through with it.

It was a very positive experience. After shopping around for a vehicle for a while we ended up at the Chevrolet dealer and we couldn’t have come out of there more content. The deal was favorable and the people were very attentive. Britany was very patient with us even though it took us a few cars to make up our mind. As always, I felt comfortable and was not pressured to make a purchase. My vehicle inquiry was addressed, and after my questions were answered, my wife and I decided to purchase. This was the seventh vehicle we purchased from this dealership. I looked elsewhere for deals and service, but none came close to the way we've been treated at his dealership, which keeps us returning when we want to make an addition to our vehicle collection.
The service and attention rendered are second to none, even the manager was very attentive to our needs.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERHIP, I called to order a part with part#. The parts guy gave a price $100 dollars over listed price, would have part next day. I paid for part and next day I discovered I called the WRONG dealership. I tried to cancel order, and parts guy said I CAN NOT CANCEL. This by the way is not a special order or electrical item, it's a wheelhouse. Next I am told there is a 35% restocking fee. That's $147.00 dollars. I have receipts from other dealers that state 20% restocking fee. I asked to talk to parts manager and they hung up. I still have not heard from them or got refund for part I never received. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH IMPERIAL VALLEY GM. There are many better dealerships like Paradise Chevrolet. I got same part for $238, not $420. THERE IS NOTHING FAIR ABOUT MY TREATMENT WITH IMPERIAL VALLEY PARTS DEPT WHICH IS STILL IN DISPUTE.

This place is a criminal enterprise. They falsely advertised on Carfax, signed a contract with me, cashed my check, then 5 days later after failing to deliver
The vehicle, tried to change the contract because the car had 2,000 more miles on it than advertised. When I said I was going to report them to the state, they cancelled the sale. I called, emailed and texted every day without a single response. After 14 days, they finally refunded my $63k.
