I recently purchased a 2024 Sonata from a dealership where I experienced subpar service. Before taking the vehicle for a test drive, I noticed a Coke can in the glove box, which remained there even after I signed the contract. When I inquired about the cleanliness of the car, the staff lied to my face. Furthermore, the vehicle has bumper issues, and the dealership failed to send necessary paperwork to my bank for registration under the lien holder. As a result, my bank is now contacting me due to the dealership’s oversight. the dealership’s focus on sales over customer satisfaction has led to a terrible service.

They wouldn't sell me a Car 🤔
I had a Bank Check and Cash downpayment!!!
We negotiated a deal, I signed an agreement on price.
They Wanted to Run my Credit. I wouldn't let them, I already did that with my Bank!

I refused to let them run my credit but I was willing to give them my social. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Then they refused to sell me the Car.

They said if the Bank Check (Navy Fed) doesn't go through then they need a second form of payment to ensure the sale. What the?

How does this make sense?

The Salesman was a Good Guy but the Finance Manager prevented me from purchasing the vehicle.
