This place is just so disappointing and disgusting to be honest I recently bought a dry coconut and it came out to be plenty of Fungus when I cracked it open which is just so disgusting this isn't the first time I've had to deal with this unjust actions I don't feel lik
anyone should have to deal with this it recently is just weird. I'm surprised this place is still running since there are so many things that have occurred to not just me but others countless times this is really disgusting and you all should be disappointed.

In general like this store and plays nice devotional music more often than not. Carries jasmine flowers all the time. Reasonable overall.

Would love to see them maintain more hygiene.

Store is clean and staffs are courteous. The issue I had was the weighing scale at the store to be checked and fixed. I bought a papaya and three green mangoes along with red onions. Usually I don’t cross check the weights at home. But this time randomly I checked and found the store scale shows additional weight.

One Papaya at store weighs 3:90 lbs and my digital scale shows 3:144 lbs and three green mangoes at store weighs 3:74 lbs whereas at my home digital scale it shows 3:119 lbs.

This is the digital scale I use to measure for my cooking. I have attached the receipt copy and weighing scale along with items I mentioned.

Please double check if the scale has any error and fix to avoid customer end up paying extra.

I have been going to this store for the last four years. My experience was never what I would expect from a grocery store, but I did not want to write a review. However, the experience just got worse in the last few months. The staff at the food counter is so disrespectful that I will start considering other options now. Well, who cares! If one scrolls down and looks at the reviews, most of them cite the poor behavior of the food counter staff. Did anything happen? Not at all. The owner does not seem to care at all.

The owner owns another restaurant- Paratha House, next door, with a much more pleasant staff.

Best Indian store in town! Great service. Jasnoor the cashier was super helpful and accommodating. Will be shopping here for all my groceries from now on!

Especially the food counter is clear and hygiene. The boy and lady are friendly. Even the boy makes delicious chaat but i tried only two chaat( pani puri and dahi papdi chaat). I future I will sure come and try another chaat

This place is so disappointing. On several occasions, they have charged me for things I didn’t buy, overcharged me for certain items and more. And on top of that, they never answer the phone when I call! The policies around pricing here are extremely screwed up, and they won’t even answer a phone call when you need help.

Today I went here to get my groceries and when I was finished getting all my items, I waited in line.

There were 2 people in front of me and a line formed on the other counter as I was waiting in this one, I waited approximately 10 minutes and the worker was moving very slow, looking extremely unenthusiastic about his job. When it was my turn, they told me to go to the other counter and I told them that I waited in line and it would only be fair if they checked me out just so I could be done as well. But instead they sent me to a long line and wanted me to wait there. He was also being very rude, this kind of service isn’t good for a business and it would only be fair if this got checked by someone in charge for future reference.

Ordered simple order (2 packs of rotis, an order of plain pranthas and pakoras) on Saturday; received confirmation of order to be picked at Pleasanton location on Sunday 11am. to 1:00pm. We reached to pick the order at 2:00pm, it was not teady, after waiting for 15- mnts, located Babita (owner), and explained the situation to her. Finally after waiting for 30-mnts, got the order.
In general, customer service at this location is poor. Hoping for improvement.
