Ive never been here but just read the news story about the owner of this place harassing the neighboring ice cream shop and trying to make their customers sick by peeing in ice cream tubs, picking her nose and putting fingers in the ice cream. All caught on tape. Knowing this Id never set foot in a place like that. She was arrested for her crimes.

It is such a weird place.. the cashier seems like she’s on something lol, she speaks a lot. I think this place needs to be bought out by a big chain and get more customer service attention. I know that this is a quieter community and people are more reserve here but tourists still a lot of economic factor here so being gentle to people is one of the most important things.

Don't waste your time going to this place 0 personality behind the counter. You think somebody would be a little more friendly. Not sure if it's a son and daughter team but both couldn't care less about patrons. We asked about certain items being available. Then the man mutters under his breaths were out of it it happens. Also the place is a dump.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I absolutely would. Came here on vacation and saw a sign in the window, driving by, for bait. My 7 year old son and I wanted to try fishing in the bay behind our condo so we walked up here to buy bait and maybe get some insight on what to use since we’re not used to fishing in salt water. We asked the clerk for his recommendation and he looked at us, said nothing, and went back to reading his magazine as if he hadn’t just been asked advice from customers. After we picked out some $10 lures and another $10 rig (before bait) we walked up to the counter. I asked where the live bait was, and the clerk proceeded to rudely yell at me that the sign says “frozen bait” and had I read the sign, I should’ve known this. I proceeded to tell the store clerk that he didn’t need to be so rude to me and he then kicked me out of the store. After I walked 50 feet from the store, the clerk stood outside of the door, referred
to my 7 year old son and I as “white trash from Ohio” and told us to go home. Stay classy, clerk….. Hopefully you don’t give the same hospitality to everyone who seeks your great advice on fishing these waters.
EDIT: Based on ALL of his COUNTLESS poor reviews he has an excuse for all of his unprofessional behavior towards his customers.

If i could give 0 stars i would, such rude stuff. Such a weird man watching mine and my sisters every move, even though they have so many cameras! Gave me attitude and was on his phone while checking us out and never said a word other than snatching the product away from us!

The lady with a gray hair is the rudest with ignorant person ever in my life. She has a problem with me and she had a problem with my girlfriend and I would recommend that you never walk into that store or when you do go in there just ask for the gray head lady that's watching TV instead of paying attention to the customers in the store

The lady with short grey hair was extremely rude to me. The store was very hot and smelled so odd. The lady yelled at me for reading nutrition information due to my severe allergies which seems racially motivated seeing as I was the only person of color in the store. (My friends were also reading the nutrition value on products but were not rudely yelled at). As we checked out to the counter she remained on her phone talking on speaker which is unprofessional. She also couldn’t make eye contact with me which was pretty satisfying and says a lot of her character. Refused to buy anything from this overpriced store and did not want to support her behavior. Will not be returning 🙂
