Do NOT order from this store. It took them nearly 3 weeks to ship my gown which came in and was the total wrong size. They lied and tried to pass the dress as a 2 and made me pay to exchange and get a 4. I get the 4 in and they sent THE EXACT SAME DRESS and just redid the tag thinking I wouldn’t notice. I ended up having to go to a local store and get the dress there and guess what? The 2 fit perfect. These people are SHADY!!!!!!! Save yourself some time and trouble. Don’t do it!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We should have listened to our gut instinct and not purchased the size 16 dress when needed a 10. We were Leary but when the owner kept promising that her great and fabulous tailor will make it unnoticeable we decided that we would put our trust into her. She even promised if the dress didn’t fit right after the $350 alterations she would return our $400 for the dress. Wouldn’t you know after picking it up and trying it on it looked horrible!! It also seemed like the tailor (even though he was charging $350) wanted to do minimal work on fixing the dress and told us if it needed to be worked on more after the 1st alterations it would cost another $350. Their customer service was so poor that my wife and her mom were scared to tell the tailor that it wasn’t right. My wife went to purchase a different dress and we called the owner asking if she would honor her word/promise of returning the $400 for the dress. And wouldn’t you know denied anything she said. Horrible experience stay away from this store unless you are rich and 6ft 100lbs

Disregard the bad reviews. This place was great! Best customer service! Patient with me as far as the amount of dresses I tried on and did great with styling me. I came here to buy a dress for my maid of honor and I was beyond pleased with the selection. I will definitely come back again for my next event.

Customer service is top notch and dress selection is AMAZING!!! The dresses are unlike anything else I've seen in LA and the fact that you can customize and have alterations done quickly is a bonus! I love this place and will only buy my evening wear from here. If you want to stand out and look like one of a kind you need to come here!!!

Have you ever wanted to shop, look and feel like a princess? Well now you can, and that's exactly what I did at Iness. I have a black tie event coming up and a friend of mine suggested the shop Iness I was skeptical because I generally don't love boutique shopping, but the experience was so pleasant I can't imagine shopping for a dress again any other way. When we arrived we were greeted by the nicest girls who made us feel so welcome. Like ladies in waiting, they were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my experience and the dress I decided to choose. There were gowns at all price points and so many different styles and sizes available. Thank you ladies again so much for the amazing experience! I will be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a formal dress.

Prom dress was the most important part of my prom night. I tried finding a nice dress in boutiques around my area but I didn’t really like any. Then I came across JVN, in their huge selection of beautiful dresses I was able to find the dress that fit my body type, budget, and my style. Ordering online was very straightforward , they are very clear with their sizes and descriptions, so I got exactly what I was expecting. Now I understand why there are so many positive reviews about them. five stars from me.
