What a wonderful experience from first contact phone call with Eric to set my appointment. When I dropped of my car with Brandy yesterday.
Until today when I picked up reborn Prius with HD Lift springs and Lift Spacers. Im definitely going back again for other future modifications and maintenance. I cant remember the last time I have encountered such fairness and friendly people when having auto work done!

Bought me a used truck asked Eric and his team to go through it and inform me of what needed to be fixed, they went beyond and above what I expected. Words cannot put into perspective the appreciation I have for Eric and Integrity Auto. After a recent road trip, I had the dreaded “check engine” light. After searching the internet for hours, I thought the worst. Eric immediately diagnosed the issue and solved the problem. He also took time to talk through the process, explaining the why’s which helped ease my anxiety. After years of searching for a great mechanic, my wife and I are blessed to know that we have the absolute best right here in the north valley!

Heard about this local shop through a Phoenix, AZ message board (basically a referral), had an appointment pre-scheduled with Eric, brought my vehicle in for a general inspection and a Brake Fluid flush. Eric said the car looked great, and that despite me inquiring if the Radiator Hoses on my vehicle with 120,000 miles needed to be changed, he suggested to just leave them alone, it isn't necessary to replace them until probably 200,000 miles. I sincerely appreciated Eric's honesty on this, and they had me out within an hour so I was able to get to work. Cannot recommend them enough for Toyota or any vehicle repair. I will definitely be back!

Eric and his family are amazing. We're so grateful to have found a mechanic we can trust and will expertly repair our vehicle at a fair price. We had to replace our hybrid battery and the dealership wanted $4300 AND said we had to replace 2 of our ECU computers. Eric's second opinion confirmed the computers were fine and swapped out the battery in less than a day at a fraction of what the dealer wanted. So glad to have been referred to you!

Eric is the only mechanic I will trust with my vehicles! He is top notch and very trustworthy. I'm usually pretty handy in general so I know he's taking great care of me and my vehicles.
