I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car from an honest person/business. I bought a 2005 BMW 325ci from Integrity auto last year sometime in November. The car had 111,000 miles on it. Obviously can't expect it to be new. The car drove great, then had a minor issue with the fuel pump. Called IA and brought my car in that same morning, had it fixed by 2pm. Any time I would reach out to T regarding the vehicle he was respectful and quick to respond. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I cannot express how refreshing it is to do business with someone who is honest and fair an actually cares about the person, they definitely have integrity.

I recently financed a vehicle through them and I have to say Taha is a really honest guy. When I purchased the vehicle everything seemed to be working on the car when I left with the vehicle my uncle told me that the headlamps looked a little dim so we went to AutoZone and bought new bulbs and me I don't know anything about mechanic work or fixing your car or anything like that so I assume that my uncle was looking out for me well what he actually did was created a short in the electrical system of the car which was preventing my hazard lights from turning on completely and my headlamps weren't turning on completely not to mention my tail lights weren't working. When I took the car back to them and explain to them that these problems were occurring they still helped me even though it wasn't their problem because it was actually my fault. they still helped me which I really appreciate because they didn't have to. they fixed the problem that I was experiencing with the tail light shorting. I'm glad that I purchased this car with them and I recommend you all go check out a car from them because they are honest and taha will look out for you

This is my 2nd complaint on here to let consumers know do not buy your car from Integrity auto sales the owner of this company does not have the consumer's best interest interest if I could put negative a 100 stars I would check engine light went on in the car purchased one week after off all sorts of other issues started happening with the car cosmetically, I will continue to contact Better Business Bureau miss bureau and whoever else to make sure this car company does not continue bad business. As a consumer we spend our hard earned money expecting to trust a dealership this man is not trustworthy as an owner of a dealership do not buy any vehicles from this car lot. He gave me $20 when I drove off to put in my gas tank Because the gas tank was empty on the car that I bought he gave me $20 3 gallons of gas after I just purchased a vehicle from him.

It was sheer pleasure shopping for a car at Integrity Auto sales. The staff is very cordial. At first I didn't think I would be approved by the lender so I went home a little disappointed but I said " it's up to you God" and let go. My credit was not so wonderful so I understood when they said " I did not qualify". Taha was very patient and tried everything he could do. He said one of the companies had not responded when we left. The next morning to my surprise Taha called and said I was approved. I shouted. Did a thank u God dance. He never fails. The salesperson was as happy as I was. My payments are affordable on my income and my down payment was affordable as well. Surprisingly the car comes with a warranty which is rare for a used car. I highly recommend Integrity Auto sales to anyone. They are a down-to-earth dealership .

I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else for major or minor repairs or routine servicing. Most auto mechanics in Southern California will try to rip you off by selling you unneeded repairs, overbilling for those repairs, and then doing shoddy work. Ben is the only honest mechanic I know and trust. When I drop off my vehicles at Integriy, I always get a fair and accurate diagnosis of what needs repairing right away and what can wait for later. Ben has done tune ups, brake jobs, major repairs, and regular maintenance on all three of my cars for the past few years and I have never been dissatisfied with the quality of the work or disappointed by the price. I give Integrity Auto Sales a five out of five stars rating.

You can Fast, you can have cheap, or you can have good. But usually you can’t have all three. Not with this place. You can have it all. I’ve been sending all my friends and relatives there and they are 110% satisfied. Integrity… As the name states. Can’t find that with any other car dealers. Don’t go anywhere else

Honestly worst dealer I’ve dealt with, no professionalism at all. The treated me as if they weren’t interested in selling me a car through the phone and even went in person with cash in hand to purchase a vehicle but I walked away in less than 5 minutes as the treated me in person the same is they did through the phone! Very disappointed Integrity!
