Received an email from Direct Vapor about a six hour 25% off sale. Tried to order pods I've ordered from them many times in the past. Every time I pressed the order complete button, I'd get sent back to the checkout page to reenter everything all over again. The fourth time this happened, I sent an email to their customer support contact address explaining the problem I was having. The customer support site states I'd receive a response within 24 hours. 72 hours later no response. I sent another email. Today I received a form letter advising me how to fix problems with my browser (delete history, clear cookies, etc.). Say what? I wrote back to them stating that I am now a former customer since they cared so little about helping a customer with an order issue. This is not the first time I've had problems with this company but it is definitely the last time. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I've ordered from Direct Vapor at least six times. I live 1,054 miles away and have always received my order within a week of placing it. They do ask for age verification once. Most sites that I order from do. It's legally required now days. I haven't provide age verification documents since.
I never had a problem with any of the devices that I ordered from Direct Vapor. I called and spoke with two employees on two separate occasions. They were both pleasant and helpful. I needed help with submitting the age verification documents. The employee stayed on the phone and guided me through the process. I am very happy with Direct Vapor and will continue to order from them.

So this was my first time ever ordering from this company. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews and it’s a shame really. First off I’ll say my order was sent promptly I paid the extra 7 bucks and received my order in 4 days no issues. They do offer free shipping but I was in a rush and needed it by Friday placing my order Tuesday early morning and 7 dollars isn’t steep at all, if not they offer free shipping which is awesome. I did deal with customer service because of a concern I had about some of the reviews I had read. Customer service was friendly I wasn’t on hold forever and she was able to answer my question right on the spot. I had called to ask about their age verification process I’ve been vaping for years now and done a lot of my ordering online and had never heard of or read about the type of age verification that they do. They require a picture of your photo idea to verify name address and birth date. I’ve never heard of this but it’s their way of covering their own asses I guess but it was a simple and easy one time process you can easily block out your ID number because they don’t require it which I did. But they weren’t the best at making this point clear and it seems that’s what a lot of the complaints were about and people weren’t getting their orders. So that part does suck but I will say as long as you take care of this it’s a smooth process but that’s why I gave them four stars. If they sent that requirement with the confirmation email I would give 5 stars but maybe I missed it. I also read about some saying they make you pay for a tracking number that’s completely false. It was provided right in the email. I took a lot of time reading into the reviews and decided to try them out I’m always skeptical about ordering online from sites I’ve never heard of or my close friends haven’t heard of before but was very pleased with their services. Hopefully you took the time to read this review because it seems a shame they’ve been rated badly because of their age verification process.

Direct Vapor has the worst customer service I have ever spoken with. They took my money and sent me a confirmation email with a copy of my invoice. Weeks later I was checking the mail every day and decided to call and ask when I would receive my product. They told me my order was actually incomplete from the beginning, even though they had already taken my money, and that my order could not be sent until I turned in an age verification. I am in favor of age verification, but if they did not know I was old enough to purchase the product yet, how could they legally take my money? And they never told me about this age verification, they were just keeping my money and not giving me anything- no product, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. My friend that is younger than I am ordered exactly the same thing a week before and did not have to complete an age verification of any kind (it was also his first experience with this company), he received his product about a week later. The company continued to say that it was my fault they did not send my product for not verifying my age, even though I had already purchased the items. Then, they informed me that even if I did the age verification today, the items I have already purchased are no longer in stock. So they took my money without verifying my age, never told me they needed the verification, then sold the products I already bought to someone else. When I called, the representatives were very unconcerned with my satisfaction and not at all worried about losing my sale. These people obviously don't care at all about the people they cater to. If something goes wrong with your order, they will do everything in their power to avoid taking any portion of responsibility over the situation. Do yourself a huge favor, and order somewhere else.

This place is absolutely ridiculous, I'm filing unlawful business practice suit and BBB complaint. Made an order, after order was made they needed age verification which is completely fine, upload a picture of your ID and wait. Received confirmation email saying "order is confirmed and will be sent" also charged me for the order as well.
7 days later after even paying for expedited shipping no package. Called and they said my age was never verified? Even though they sent me an email receipt that is was and they charged me for it. Which means even if I was a minor they took money from me for a tobacco product...
I highly doubt that anything would have happened unless I contacted them regarding my order.
It makes me wonder what they use their vapes for.

Placed in order on 1-7-2020, paid extra for priority shipping. It is now six days later and my order status still says “Being Packed”. There is no way to e-mail them regarding my order. No tracking number. I tried calling the phone number listed here, and had to leave a message on what sounded like a very generic voicemail box. They already took my money. I just want to cancel my order.
****UPDATE 1-23-2020 They still have no returned my phone call or refunded my money.

Sent me the wrong color vape despite spending almost $100. Customer service said color may vary, but I outright received a completely different color than what I ordered. No apologies, no care. Had I known these people don't care what they are sending I would have shopped elsewhere. Don't buy from them cause you probably won't get the correct item.

Ordered weeks ago...still have no idea where my stuff is? Sent me a shipping link and it totally doesn't work. Have no idea if my stuff really shipped or where it might be. Absolutely impossible to contact the company after you order anything. Absolutely impossible to cancel an order. I would steer clear of this company. DIRECT VAPOR is shadey!!!
