Nice little store. Didn't buy anything because most of the items are found in other stores with better prices. The greeter stood there like a statue and didn't even say hello.

Nice down home atmosphere in this shop. Person running the front was really nice. Lots of cool brands you will love in here like Patagonia, they have some of their own stuff too.

Everyone who works here is really nice and helpful in my search for a few gifts and a little something for myself too. They have the brands I love and trust in a cute shop with a nice selection! Even though they were pretty busy they didn’t once make me feel like my questions or indecision me were an inconvenience.

This place is awesome! Went to many different shops in pensacola on our trip and this was by far the best selection and hands down the best customer service I have seen on the boardwalk. These girls here greater us immediately and were very attentive. They were all extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me and my husband find the perfect outfits, accessories, and gifts. We will absolutely be making intracoastal outfitters our first stop when we are in town. Thank you!!! ❤️

We are on vacation and stopped by while adventuring around. I will say that the set up of this store is absolutely fantastic. Everything has a place and nothing was cluttered and thrown around. Honestly one of the nicest stores we’ve been to since being here. Will definitely be telling our friends to make it a point to come by when they come down.

I finally got to see and feel the Free Fly brand of shirts and shorts. They are amazing and comfortable and bought two of them. Owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and everyone in the store was very helpful. I also got a cool Intercoastal Outfitters hat and, of course, some stickers! Since we are down that way every summer, we will be back!

Too say I was embarrassed as a local and disappointed is an understatement. I rarely, almost never leave a bad review. While your store is nice, with great location and selection, your staff on Sunday July 10th was horrible to customers. I had friends here visiting and the way they spoke to customers was unacceptable. A rain storm came in. I watched the girls laugh at a customer when they fell outside the store on the slippery boardwalk. The 3 girls working told customers they needed to just go, the rain was not going to stop. At one time one held the door closed almost as if she was keeping people from coming in. Then they proceeded to tell my friend, when she said she had spent a long day at the beach for Blue Angel's, that they had to work 16 hours against their will and they didn't feel bad for her being stuck in traffic (which she was just making conversation) I was going to make a purchase and put my items back and left. Not sure I will return.
