OMG!!! The selection is the best I’ve seen and I’ve shopped in yarn stores across the country! It makes the 90+ mile round trip drive worthwhile. Leslie is accommodating and has shipped yarn to me when I couldn’t make it to the shop. You are definitely in for a treat!

A small bit of heaven if you are a yarn lover. The walls and racks are filled with a beautiful selection of lovely yarns. The gal working there was so helpful. Could have spent several hours just browsing.

You will find a wonderful selection of yarn, needles and tools for knitting and crochet. Leslie and her staff are helpful, and treat everyone like family. The store has lots of knitted items that give examples of patterns and yarn. Leslie also offers classes, and will help with projects if you need it. They have some beautiful yarn made from wool and other natural fibers (silk, cashmere, bamboo, etc), and also have acrylic and synthetics. This is by far the best yarn store near the Phoenix area. It is definately worth the drive!

I'm not a yarn person, but my wife is. She loves this place. Much more than a shop, it's a place where you can learn new skills or just hang out while working on your latest creation. And it's all great quality stuff.

I was looking for a specific yarn from Malabrigo for an Andrea Mowry Honey Moss shawl that I want to knit and gift to my mom.

Even though Leslie was out of the specific yarn I wanted, she told me she would place an order that week and let me know when it was ready for pickup.

A few weeks later, with a delay due to Covid restrictions with goods coming into the country and unavoidable weather delays, I was able to pick up my yarn this past Friday. (The yarn is even prettier in person and my mom is excited to watch me knit her shawl.)

As well, she has a lot of "yarnie" essentials for purchase. Stitch markers, long and circular needles, crochet hooks, project bags, swifts, ball winders, etc.... And of course yarn!

If you are looking for a LYS on the west side of Phoenix, you need to stop by Isabelle's Parlour. Located right on the US 60 / Grand Avenue about 5 minutes outside of Wickenburg. (From the 303, it'll take you about 30 minutes to get to the store. Straight shot up the road.)
