I have been a customer of Island Park for over five years, over the course of which I rented units of different sizes depending on my needs. Their service couldn't have been better, they were always accommodating and helpful. Their prices are incredibly low given their location (10 min from downtown SF) and I always felt that my belongings were secure. If you are looking for a storage solution in SF, I would highly recommend Island Park

The BEST storage option in the Bay Area!

The prices are very fair for where we are!

The service is exceptionally good!

The location can't be beat: Treasure Island is quiet and safe, your stuff will be secure here!

Best of all is the island atmosphere, I feel like I'm going on a mini vacation every time I visit.

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING HERE.

We kept our stuff in this storage space for about 2 months. When we went back to our stuff, we found rat excrement in all over the place, they ate papers, clothes, furniture and even had a nest in one of my winter shoes. We had to throw away boxes full or valuables.

They seem to be aware of this problem, and when we communicate the problem they ignored us. This was a nightmare for us and I'll hate if this happens to someone else.

If you can avoid this place, do it, or you'll ended up with all your stuff pooped and peed from rats.

Nothing but a superior experience here. I thoroughly vetted all the local storage facilities and selected this one based on the reviews. I ended up leaving my things in storage for almost 4 years (oops, thanks covid) and moved across country. I thought for sure I would come back to some sort of water damage or mouse situation. When I finally returned to get my things, it was in pristine shape, and all my things were completely fine. These guys are very easy to work with. I even had them open up my container once to check for damage and they helped me out and took photos and locked it back up. I highly recommend them. I worked with Mike. I also had U-box delivered to load my things (which is a U-Haul company) and Mike was extremely accommodating. Overall really great people there. 👍

Finally! A safe and clean public storage! I did some shopping around and they had the best location for the best price. As a female, I feel super safe going in and out of my storage unit. They have many sizes to choose from plus great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I would recommend the Island park storage to everyone. The place is super clean and very, very secure. The staff is friendly, professional and very attentive to your needs. The manager is impressive. He takes pride in his work and it’s easy to tell he loves what he does. Even if it’s a little out of your way, it’s worth the drive to store your belongings here.
