AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY I DROVE 30MINS TO THIS STORE TO FIND OUT THEY WERE CLOSED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HRS. I SAW THE MANGER LEAVE THE STORE AT 2:23PM AFTER SHE JUST STATED THAT THEY WERE CLOSED FOR A HOUR. SMH ALWAYS SOMETHING ON THE ITA FASHION SIDE

If you're looking for a great place to shop in Crestwood PLEASE don't go to "It's Fashion Metro". The workers are very unfriendly and unaccommodating. I spoke to the lady twice she looked at me and still said nothing. Also, even the clearance items are very overpriced. Instead, go to Roses and Cititrends which are right next door. Trust me. The experience was like night and day and I promise you will leave WELL PLEASED!!! They could learn ALOT about customer service from these two stores. I won't be back there again. Wish there were a way to rate zero.

HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE GENEROUS‼️ The store has cute clothing for juniors and plus size women! The employees were very rude. They are lazy and always on there phone not assisting you. Once you come in the store there is no Hello how are you or greetings at all! You ask a question the employees get mad. To many young people work in the store with horrible attitudes! I like the one in Centerpoint better‼️

First let me start saying that the workers are lazy and rude. They don’t even have the common sense to say hello! Workers were sitting down on their phones and was not putting any merchandise out. What kind of people are they hiring. They have pretty clothes but the price is way to expensive. The manager needs to start being at both locations for now on so they can see how their employees does business!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service. You’re not greeted, you’re never approached and asked if you need assistance, when you get to the register YOU have to loudly announce you’re ready to check out even though there’s about five employees on the clock. The group of teenager girls that work here aren’t properly trained. One of the key holders discusses with a cashier how another worker doesn’t know what she’s doing. Meanwhile NONE of them do. They accuse shoppers of being possible shoplifters but don’t follow the proper protocol to help eliminate the problem. Aside from that this store is pretty clean and organized for the most part

Great selection but lacked any customer service at all. When it came to customer service We were basically only spoken to when told the total of our purchase and not a single word extra. Not hello, have a nice day, thank you nothing.

For nice employees and helpful with a smile. Speak to you when you enter the store like you been knowing you for years. I came out with a pant suit that I paid less than $50.00.
