Went there today for lunch at 12:30. There was no one in line ahead of me. It took 10 minutes for them to take my order. It took over 15 minutes to get a # 5 combo and a # 6 combo. They are all about the drive thru. They don't care about the people inside the dining room. The sweet tea container was not where the customers could get to it and the woman in the gray jacket was not helpful at all. I had to get the girl from drive thru to get the tea. I will not be back for lunch.

We sat in the drive threw way too long. They said it was to cook fresh frys, the frys tasted old, gross like they added days old frys to our order and some were very cold.

I’ve been living in sylacauga for about 13 years now. This store has always had friendly staff, clean store, and the food exactly how I ordered it! Hard to come by nowadays. Please let your staff know their friendliness and hard work does not go by unnoticed! Most places you go to won’t even speak to you until you speak first. And the stores are filthy and the food usually isn’t correct. Please keep up the great work!

Needs deep cleaning.. stinks in the lobby and bathroom has a gross odor stuck in the walls.. stalls are disgusting and too small.

service was quick , I love jacks and don’t eat out a lot but i came by today and got chicken tender and mash potatoes and i didn’t receive my gravy or ranch. potato with out gravy don’t taste and i love my ranch so i was disappointed and my missing stuff
