Going into my first appointment, I did not know the exact look I was going for, but Jacquelyn was filled with great ideas (removing the sleeves, dropping the waste, reworking the lace detail, adding a layer underneath, etc.). Every idea was the perfect idea! And she executed every detail perfectly. I had several fittings, and each fitting was comfortable and easy.

Jacquelyn made my wedding dress fit perfectly. It had very unique lace and trim and she took the waist in multiple inches, hemmed it, and created a bustle (amongst other things) seamlessly. She was very patient with me and took in the waist two more inches three weeks before my wedding. I have also had her tailor some regular dresses and my fiancé’s tux, all of which she did perfectly. Very happy with my experience. Will be returning to see her with all of my tailoring needs.

I had my wedding gown altered with Jacquelyn and she was absolutely wonderful! I am under 5ft so the detailing on the bottom of the dress and train had to all be removed and reapplied! It looks simply flawless. On my first fitting visit, she made sure everything looked right, and offered to add some small details to make it easier to get the dress on and off for anyone having to button up the back of my dress. She also added a bustle to the dress, and it looks like it was always there! Jacquelyn was so thoughtful and professional, she made the experience so wonderful, especially during covid times! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for alterations.
