Absolutely amazing service by our salesmen Vadim Petrov and our financial manager Tim Vogel!!
I inquired about a vehicle and Vadim was able to locate the vehicle at a sister dealership and have it shipped over.
ZERO push from Vadim and we knew we could never beat the amazing price!
Vadim was able to send us an application and go over with Tim to get us approved before even driving there. I really appreciated that and it’s actually how I got my husband to go look at the vehicle lol
They made the ENTIRE process so easy!
It didn’t even feel like I was purchasing a vehicle.

Recently bought a “certified” pre-owned Lincoln Nautilus from this dealer. Didn’t check the passenger visor during the process, because honestly who does and the vehicle has gone through the certification process. Next day reached out to our salesperson Vadim who assured me that he’d speak to a manager and get back with me. Didn’t hear back so asked again and got the same response. This was on 2/2/25 and still no response. Since then, I’ve also spoken to the F&I guy Tim as well as a sales manager who all assured me that I’d hear back by end of business that day. Ghosted by everyone in this dealership over something that should’ve been included in a vehicle certification.

I just recently financed a vehicle, from Jarrett Ford Winter Haven. The car salesman was good and professional, along with the manager. The quality of the car, that I purchased not so good. I had to ball tires and bent rims. Also, my vehicle was making a sound. Every time I started my car. Forther more, I was told the car pass inspection. And was good to go, which was not the case. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place ever again. I would not recommend anyone I know as well.

I have never used mobile service before. I must say the experience was convenient and smooth. There was outstanding communication, service was performed on time and quickly at my job site, and they followed through the next day replacing my key fob batteries. The Ford team were exceptional. Overall a great experience!

I recently traded in my car and purchased my first Lincoln Corsair and had a great experience here! Victor my salesman and Michael in finance were very professional and so easy to work with. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Making the process stress free.
