Mr. Owens and his staff have away been very friendly and professional. He has always taken care of my business needs in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I will continue to take my business to Owens & Associated and I have referred friends to them as well.

I read the reviews and noticed someone said the receptionist is rude and wow I can second that. I’m a US citizen living outside of the US and was wanting to file my US taxes for the last couple years that I haven’t done, and it took multiple attempts to get this lady to understand what I was saying with her being snippy the entire time. This should be an extremely straightforward process that anyone claiming to know how to do taxes should be able to do, but this lady seemed completely clueless as to what I was asking and I’m still not sure she fully understood. She ended up telling me they couldn’t take on any more clients because yeah I’m super sure they’re that busy outside of regular tax season. Lesson learned for me, next time I’ll trust the reviews. Avoid these people unless you just enjoyed being talked down to by someone that doesn’t seem to understand basic English.

Came in there to help a family friend, the secretary at the front desk was very rude. We asked a few questions but the way she treated us was distasteful. I’ll never set foot here again.
