My stove went out because of a damaged infinite switch. We were ready to call repairman, but found Jempro Appliance on Google to see if they had the part. I called, and nice lady by the name of Eva was very helpful over the phone and told me they had the part. By buying the part from them we saved a few hundred dollars, as it was easy to install by my husband. Great to support your local small businesses.

Needed a fan Relay on short notice. Jempro emailed me back and forth finding the right part for my unit and instructing me with some basics to install it. The service was amazing, and I got the AC back running same day, which was good, because it was 100+ degrees out.

Went here on 10/10/20. Spoke to and was helped by a very nice woman. Got the part I needed at a very good price, better than what I was finding advertised online. When I got home, I had more questions about the part I bought and she went out of her way to help me even further. She definitely didn't have to and I really appreciated it. If I need more parts I will absolutely be heading here first.
