The Jenette ladies invited me in with a proper fitting, some additional underwear, and a bottle of their delicious smelling no-rinse detergent. What an amazing experience! The ladies at Jenette are truly gifted in selecting the right size for your body and comfort without whipping out a tape measure. I'm a plus size Black girl and the shop had inclusive sizes and beautiful colors, and the ladies are truly non-judgemental. I'm so glad I found this place and finally some bras that feel good. My wife and I scheduled her a sizing as a Christmas-y present, plus it was her first opportunity to shop here. I had the pleasure of being invited in back, because it was a bit slow, for a showing of what my wife was trying on. It was a classy and fun experience. Guys, if you're accompanying your woman to the boutique, there are a few comfy seats up front to chill out and read a selection of classic Playboys and other lingerie-esque material. Sara helped my wife for just over two hours and she was incredibly helpful, fun, informative and a good conversationalist. She helped my wife try on everything from comfy selections, to sexy pairings including swimwear. It's a shame the US isn't friendly to more busty ladies as everything in the store is from overseas. There were a couple American options but not many. We will definitely be back and hope to have the pleasure of working with Sara again.

Amazing experience. The only store that I have ever been to, that caters to women with bigger breasts and has multiple choices in my size (I can never find anything at department stores). The girls who work at the store are so nice and helpful!

Honestly the bras pinch. I have sensitive skin so if tight clothes leave you with hard lines on your skin at the end of the day I'd spend my money at Victoria's secret the prices are roughly the same but the material is nicer. The service was good but the no return policy is not especially when everything is over $100.

I went last Sunday. I called ahead to make sure they had my size (28GG) and drove over an hour to get a fitting. When I arrived, I discovered they didn’t have much stock in at all. In fact, in the size that the fitter decided I was (28G), they only had 2 bras in stock. I didn’t like either, and the first one I mentioned was too small, and the fitter said I was wrong. She then suggested that I go to another store in Burbank to try on the handful of bras they had there. Not to mention that every time I opened the curtain to get her opinion, she had her back to me, on her phone. I ended up leaving empty handed, and ordered bras in the size she said I was… They’re all too small. So now I’ve wasted more time and money. Safe to say I’ll not be going back to Jenette’s any time soon.

I've never had a bra fit so well. As other reviewers have said, they are pricey, but well worth it.

Nailah was very nice and knowledgeable. She assisted me the entire time (~1hr) and we were able to find several styles that fit comfortably and provided the support I need.

This was a really great experience for my family. Coming from a family where we are all top heavy, the ladies here were very patient and helpful. Will definitely be here for my yearly bra purchasing.
