I purchased 2 chairs but when I paid and sent my order in I realized I chose the wrong color.Within 15 minutes I contacted them told them I needed to change the color. Their response was no to the change along with all sales are final. This is a cost of over $6,000 for the chairs their response was in so many words tough luck. This was all in 15 minutes. SO BEWARE!!

I have been a loyal repeat customer of Jenni Kayne. Last year I spent close to $2000 on sweaters and this year I’ve spent over $1000 online and in the store. For Christmas I purchased 3 sweaters with your slipper promotion. The sweaters were full price. When I received them they were the wrong sizes and two of them had pilling and hairs on them. They clearly had been worn. I went to exchange the sweaters in the store for correct sizes and new, unworn items and was told that I could not because the slipper promotion made it a final sale, despite the fact that I paid full retail price for the sweaters. I did not see this when I made the purchase. Nor do I care about the slippers (which also aren’t the correct size). Even the clerks at the Jenni Kayne store said the promotion terms should have been in bright red. I have NEVER in my retail life encountered such an unreasonable policy. You have lost me as a customer and I am going to recommend that my friends and family do NOT shop at Jenni Kayne.

Went into the store to try on a sweater and just browse. The two staff were very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Felt like they were almost closed. Huge FedEx boxes everywhere I couldn't even walk through the store. One staff member was very huffy puffy when I asked for a sweater in a specific size.

One of my favourite shops in LA,carries timeless pieces in ultra soft natural fibers that last a lifetime.
I especially enjoyed buying my cashmere socks and beanie and a linen shirt I wear constantly,super chic ,and super friendly and helpful staff.
Also a beautiful location in the heart of the shopping district yet very quiet and peaceful.
