Jessica's is by far the best formal shop around to shop at with reasonable prices. My granddaughter bought a dress for basketball homecoming here and was crowned queen. We come back to Jessica's in March to find her a prom dress. Beth assisted Chloe as she tried on dresses. The perfect dress was purchased and Chloe was crowned prom queen. You will not go wrong with the quality and styles or prices. If you are unsure about a style for you ask for Beth she has fantastic abilities to work with young girls. Thank you Jessica's for making my granddaughter Prom Queen with her beautiful dress.

We had the BEST experience at Jessica's, especially because we had the pleasure of working with Stephanie. Stephanie is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, well informed and extremely professional. She pulled the best possible selection of gowns to try as she has an incredible eye for fit and fashion. We are so grateful we found her and can't say enough about how amazing our experience was. We had to do a last minute dress shopping event. They got us in same day appointment. Size 0 is hard to find, they have them. Big selection of colors not the standard black and white.

Jessica's helped me pick out my wedding gown for my wedding at Graceland. I have received so many compliments. And it was worth every penny. The staff were sweet. And made me feel like it was my day. One bride at a time.

I will NEVER step foot in this store again. My daughter has an appointment for her prom dress. The girls there were extremely rude and even started pointing and laughing at her while she was trying on dresses. Luckily she was able to make it to another store where she was treated with respect.

I had drove all the way from Green Bay WI to be with my family and go dress shopping for my wedding. I initially told them our budget and then they sent us to the clearance rack and stated these are all 1k and under. I said our budget was 2500…. There was another bride that arrived after us and we were not even once helped with making sure the dresses were tightened or even assisting us with dresses I shown them pictures of. They were rude and you should not have to pay to reserve there. Not with how rude and unhelpful they were to me and my family. Didn’t even get us water.

We were in town visiting family for Christmas and went to Jessica’s looking for a formal for my daughter although we live in AL. They were so helpful and friendly to us and have an incredible selection of beautiful formals. We plan on making a special trip back soon to shop again-I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!
