The easiest purchase ever! I came to Jetsons for a new washer and dryer and opted to go with their 0% interest for 12 months. Marty and Joe assisted me from start to finish. Did not even spend more than 15 minutes in the store. Washer and dryer was delivered next day! Service was top tier and we are very satisfied with how quickly we got our appliances. Great experience from beginning to end. I called initially to find out if our failing fridge was covered under a warranty purchased by previous homeowner. It had expired but Zion quickly looked up purchase history and found the date and offered to help us look at another fridge.

He was super helpful and kind in response to all of our requests. He price matched to Home Depot and when the one we thought we really wanted didn’t work out, he helped us find another one that ended up saving us over $200.
I am much happier with this model.

The delivery guys were fantastic. Careful, thorough and fun to chat with. They cleared all of the trash, made sure we had a spotless fridge and even filled the first 25 ounces of water from the water dispenser and told us to throw out the first gallon until the new filter settles in.

Jetson also has texting updates and tracking so I could see how far away the delivery was and got real time updates on arrival time within the two hour window.

The previous homeowners bought all the appliances from Jetson and I can say we will go to Jetson first and recommend to others for any future appliance needs. They also have mattresses!

Jetson always has a good selection of appliances. Next day delivery and very nice delivery people. They let you know through their text to you a window of when they will arrive . Then they text 30 minutes before. I have been buying from them for over 20 years. Prices are no higher than any else with no hassle

I purchased a GE Profile Advantium Wall Oven locally from Jetson in Vero Beach thinking that buying locally would have advantages over buying from a large box store. Was I wrong. I paid more $ than I otherwise would have and had no assistance from Jetson when having problems with the oven in the first month. The unit was eventually replaced by GE. When I first discovered the problem I emailed my salesman from Jetson, who referred me to the Jetson Service Dept., who in turn referred me to GE. Then back to Jetson because I did get GE to schedule a service call through Jetson, but (you probably know where this is going) Jetson then referred me back to GE. After continually getting bounced around I asked to speak to a manager at Jetson, and I was refused. I called back to again speak with a manager and another person (not a manager) did call me back to explain that once the unit is purchased that Jetson will not service the unit until the warranty expires. She acknowledged that it doesn't matter where the unit is purchased, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc. as GE handles the warranty period. When I checked back with GE to schedule the replacement I was told that local companies generally let GE handle the replacement because they are not compensated for the installation of the replacement unit in the home. What was most troubling was the condescending tone of the ladies I spoke with at Jetson, and their refusal to have me speak with a manager. So, next time I will simply avoid Jetson and purchase at the lowest price through a big box retailer, and avoid the frustration of dealing with Jetson.
