It was my first time using the digital coupons and just want to say that Diego helped me a lot. I believe he is one of the supervisors in the customer service department. He was very nice and helpful, he taught me how to clip and use all the coupons and also helped ringing up my order and bagged it all by himself. It was my first time in this store and I can say they offer a really good customer service, thanks Diego for all your help.

My go to.. nice layout and they have Boars Head. I wasn’t impressed with the deli service. Normally I don’t bother them and choose the pre-sliced to save them time but they didn’t set out my cuts and wouldn’t slice a bag of turkey at 9:04 since they close at 9:00 which is petty imo.

I had a so so experience at your store today. Paul the young man who bagged my groceries was very nice, very professional ,very kind. But then he asked for help from this lady / woman I don't know what her name was I wish I took her name but she ignored him the first time and then came back to him and she was not nice to Paul she was unkind. Paul who was such a nice young man and I was very hurt by what I saw. Please be kind to Paul he's a very nice man and I'm shouting out to him because he gave excellent service to me. If this person is his boss she should be ashamed of herself. I changed my stars to five because Jewel got back to me and told me this issue was being taken care of thank you very much.

Gurnee Jewel/Osco is a great supermarket with nice employees. The deli is really good we love the hot chicken family meals also very nice bakery, floral department and pharmacy. They also have a Starbucks which is wonderful 😀 the bakery makes great birthday cakes which have become a tradition in our family. Thank you !!

Pleased to share that your employee Cass was a great help to me yesterday. She offered to help me to my car as there was a bag of groceries that couldn't fit into my shopping cart. Cass loaded my car and was careful in doing so. She's a fine representative for my local Jewel.

I have a hard time lifting the 5 gallon jugs of Primo water after a shoulder injury. Thomas at the service desk went above and beyond. Not only did he put the 3 bottles in my cart, he also rang them up and then followed me to my car and put them in for me. Thank you so much Thomas for your personal and professional help. Love the app that allows me to order direct from them. They also have a chat available if you have to substitute an item. Customer service is amazing.
