My family and I went on an Alaskan cruise and one of the ports that we stopped at was Juneau. We went into Jewels by Kris and I saw this beautiful ring. I was unable to purchase it because we were short on time, I couldn’t remember the name of the jewelry store but I couldn’t stop thinking about the ring. I called several of the other shops, they were helpful but not the right one. I finally called Jewels by Kris and they remembered me and knew exactly which ring I was talking about! I received my new ring today and I am so ecstatic! It’s absolutely gorgeous! It was carefully secured in such a cute little bag too! I am so happy with this wonderful experience!

My wife and I stopped in several jewelery stores in Juneau while on a cruise. When we entered Jewels.By Kris, my wife knew this was the place she wanted to do business in. Kris was very helpful in helping my wife pick out a beautiful 2 karat stone to replace the stone in her wedding ring. Kris did a trade in that we felt was in our favor. While we took an excursion, Kris replaced the stone and thoroughly cleaned and resized the ring. When we returned to the store, the ring was ready, and we were stunned by how beautiful it was. My wife was very happy and I was good with the price. Good store, good people, good value.

Went to over 5 shops finding for perfect whale fluke pendant and almost gave up. So glad that I didn't settle so fast because this piece here at Jewels by Kris is BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT. Kai was amazing and patient. This is my favourite buy in Alaska!!
