Just purchased my first shotgun today from them. What a great experience. I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. I purchased the Panzer MAG 12 and love it! Great customer service and great prices.

Me and my dad have been going to this place since the 80's. Great prices and selections. Great deals on their weekly email blasts! Customer service and friendliness could use a little work though.

I went into J&Gs because FN website said that they had what I was looking for. I met a young man named Mat there and I was so happy that I did. He took the time to listen to what I was interested in and explained to me the process that I was going to need to do to get what I wanted. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain it to me. ( Some shops you go into and they talk down to you or act like you’re bothering them). When I left I felt like I had gotten the information I needed and am going back to him when I’m ready to purchase the firearm.
He’s a great asset to their company.

Today I was helped by Christopher and he was excellent! Very knowledgeable and patient, if you want good customer service ask for Christopher. If your unsure or new to the community ask for him!

Anyone who has been around the 2A community and gun stores knows there are some real bad attitudes and opinionated people. It was really nice dealing with someone who is the opposite of that.

I am a big fan of a specific gun thats getting all kinds of negative press right now, iv researched it throughly. I asked his 2 cents on it and he hit every topic, the dude knew his stuff. Asked him about the 2 types/brands I'm thinking of changing to and he talked me through them. He didn't push me to but his favorite like some of the "if it aint a .45 it ain't s#!t" types.

He's the reason I'll buy from this place again.
