I shop J. Jill in Mobile, Al… I love the store and the associates are always helpful. I was there last week and Melanie #0114093 was very helpful… I needed special help to cover a leg problem I am having and she was great… she pulled several things for me that I loved, she is an asset to the store.

Associates are always knowledgeable about products, helpful in the dressing rooms and on the sales floor. Willing to order when not available in the store. Great at putting together outfits to fit your occasion and working with you if you bring in a piece that you need to build an outfit from. Could not ask for a better team or manager staff than the one at Legacy Village. Kelley and Lisa rock!!!
