Was interested in some of their selections but the bald guy working there was being a difficult and rude which ruined the experience. The only business along Park Ave where you may encounter incompetent customer “service” .

I am so glad that I found my way into this store about a month ago when I ran into Debbie. Since that day, she has helped me tremendously with my wedding suit and a few other items that are the best clothes and shoes I have ever worn. Debbie is so personable and helpful. Unfortunately, I will not be able to buy clothes anywhere besides John Craig from now on!

These guys are the best... Denise, Alan, and Kevin are the three folks I've worked with most and their attention to detail and customer service is top notch. I recently worked with them on a deadline before my wedding and they provided. I went in sometimes 4 times in a week and they never strained or stressed, just helped me find the best outfits for my wedding events. 100% recommend.

Nice elegant store for suits and men's clothes. Nice selection of classic, formal and casual clothes and suits. Can also get custom tailored suits to your liking. Great customer service and they will ship the finished product to you. Would definitely recommend this place if you looking for a nice suit.

I recently moved to Central Florida and discovered the John Craig store in Winter Park when I decided it was time to refresh my wardrobe.

This place is fantastic - they have a great variety of stylish clothing and the staff is super-helpful. I put myself in Denise’s very capable hands and she’s taken wonderful care of me. I’m a somewhat difficult size to fit - very tall and slender - but she has helped me find numerous new articles, from sport coats to shirts to slacks to shoes and everything looks better than I could have hoped. The personal attention and service in this store is second to none.

Updating my previous review:
The sales person was very apologetic about the slow response. We understand sometimes things happen, so communication is key. My husband initially went in to see Alan, but he wasn’t available at the time. Alan reached out to us last week and will be coordinating for my husband to come in and see him. My husband is looking forward to coming back in and giving it another shot since it’s a great store and most of their pieces are fantastic.

After being highly recommended by friends, I purchased a gift card for my husband’s birthday. He spent almost $3K, it’s been over 3 weeks, and a pair of pants have yet to turn up. He’s gotten very little updates from the sales person. I’ve worked high end retail in the past, and this is definitely not a good way to get customers to come back, he shouldn’t have to chase the sales person to get updates about their mix up. Very disappointed.
