Same as the last review. I entered the store and was interested in purchasing shoes for my daughter and I. Was not greeted, was not offered help, nothing. Waited around 5-10 minutes and nothing. Three people on the counter and not one said a thing. Should of taken a photo.

My review is not towards the store or the guy that actually helped me I didn’t get his name unfortunately. I was there to pick up and I was at the counter waiting for a few minutes without being greeted, without being told someone would be with me or nothing. I was not acknowledged at all by this girl who I didn’t get her name but she seemed to be a lead or supervisor. I understand if she has someone working the register, but she could have at least acknowledged me and told me someone would be there to help. Instead I waited without her even looking up at me because she was too busy on her cell phone. I could have been rude and say something but right after work I didn’t have the energy to do so. But here it she is.

I believe his name was Victor (658566), absolutely amazing service! My fiance bought me a pair of shoes and when I decided to exchange them for the Patrick shoes (apparently extremely hard to get ahold of) he called around asking to see who had them. Victor was such an amazing help he found my size shoes but they were hundreds of miles away so he had that store ship it to his store. this man did not need to do that, absolutely above and beyond amazing service.

I bought my wife a pair of Adidas superstars in the Journey in Temecula as a surprise when I got home in Bell Gardens, which is 1 40 min away , come to find out my wife is a size 8 not 8.5 so I look up the closest journey to me and there is a journey in Stonewood mall in Downey ,went there preparing for a fight. I was sure because I bought in another store, they would not exchange them to a size 8.0 , literally was there for 10 min I had zero issues the staff was understanding and so awesome 👏 I will continue to shop there for shoes keep up the good work guys. 5 stars 🌟

Went in to see a pair of vans, was given them in the box by the girl. Awesome, no problem. The shoes weren't laced and she just walked away. I couldn't believe that the two workers were there, helping no one, and didn't offer to help or take over. When I closed the box and brought the shoes to the counter, the young boy said, "you could have asked." I said I shouldn't have had to. He said, "oh well, you should have told us have a nice day." no apology, nothing.

Worst customer service I ask the guy that help me for a size I told him the wrong size so I told him actually it size 8 in men I made a mistake and the other employee near the cashier started laughing and giggling at me I did end up purchasing some shoes for my daughter not for my son due to they didn’t had the size Anyways i didn’t know we could not make. Mistake on asking for a size and get laughed at when I’m being a customer there this is so bad I beyond disappointed for this horrible experience never again going to shop there definitely my last time
