Disappointing Experience Despite a Charming Selection**

I visited this gift shop on a Saturday morning in search of last-minute souvenirs. The store itself is well-organized and offers a pleasing variety of items, from key chains to mugs and various Disney merchandise. However, my experience was unfortunately marred by the service, which was less than satisfactory.

Throughout my time in the store, I felt uncomfortably monitored by a staff member. This constant attention, while perhaps intended to be helpful, came off as intrusive and made my shopping experience quite awkward. Despite the appealing offerings, I found myself reluctant to make a purchase under such unsettling circumstances.

When it came time to check out, I had to wait several minutes for assistance, which only added to the odd feeling I had throughout my visit. Ultimately, while the merchandise was enjoyable, the peculiar service left me with a negative impression.

I regret to say that, based on this unusual experience, I cannot recommend this shop unless there are significant improvements in customer service.

Had a great experience. Staff was friendly though they move behind you and give you a feeling of stalking. We bought only two Minnie hairbands.

There are plenty of gift shops along Irlo Bronson Memorial (Hwy192), but it's something about The Wizard Gift Shop that sticks out...like the giant wizard head on top of the building, you can not miss it.

The gift shop is large and clean with neat displays of suitcases, shot glasses, towels, swim wear, magnets, mugs, toys, hats, clothing (t-shirts, tanks, hoodies, sweatshirts, shorts, sweatpants), sunglasses, and many more priced very reasonable. The employees are friendly and are helpful in answering any questions you may have about something you are looking for.

I was particularly looking for a t-shirt with Kissimmee graphics, but was told there was only Orlando and Disney themed graphics. Since I did spend some time in Orlando, I managed to find a nice thin hoodie for $17. I just had to get a souvenir to take back home with me.

This is one of the best gift shops in Orlando area. I saw this shop while i was driving to pickup my pizza. Their attractive building design will grab your attention for sure. Lot of good Souvenirs and wonderful tshirt collection. I recommend you to stop and buy some good stuff that you like.

I didn't get any pictures, but their store is awesome! They have just about any type of souvenirs for super cheap! They have Disney souvenirs, general Florida souvenirs, keychains, bags, shirts, cups, mugs, honestly everything. I wish I had known sooner lol. They had a section for adults clothes souvenirs and kids section, then they had sections for everything in between. Go check them out 😁

I was looking for a local gift shop with no rip off price-then here I found! A local gift shop with reasonable price and decent stuff. Dont spend your money in Disneys gift shop! They’re over priced!!
