Kabayan Filipino Grocery Store is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for authentic Filipino products and a taste of home. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the community.

The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of Filipino staples—everything from canned goods and snacks to fresh produce and frozen items. It’s a one-stop shop for everything you need to cook your favorite Filipino dishes. I was especially impressed with their selection of sauces, seasonings, and hard-to-find ingredients that you can’t get at regular grocery stores.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help, whether you’re looking for a specific item or just want recommendations. They even have a small hot food section where you can grab freshly made Filipino dishes, which is perfect if you’re craving a quick, delicious meal.

If you are looking for any sort of Filipino food this is where you go. There is a little restaurant inside that has fresh cooked Filipino fare. They also have fresh baked Filipino goods… they sell premade lumpia you can take home and cook. Or you can just buy the wrappers. They also have fresh vegetables for purchase.

Kabayan is a hidden gem of Filipino food in Pensacola. The staff is friendly. The little dining area feels like home. The grocery store is not very large, but is adequate for those Asian grocery items not available elsewhere in town—not even at the Navy Commissary. Be sure to try the halo halo.

Staff of this store need to buy themselves some manners esp the lady arranging the stocks and the cashier. They are rude and never smile at customer. One time they overcharge my card, good thing i checked the receipt, when i told her it seems like she is the one who is mad. Like seeiously?!?!! For somebody who owns or work in a store you should be more polite and pleasant with customers so they will come back. Not going back in this store and not recommending it either. Just go to the store nearby called Phil-am. Their staff are very polite and always nice with customers.

Very organized store. There are a lot of varieties of Filipino desserts, can goods and different types of chips. The price is somewhat affordable just depending on what is it you are buying. Staff are very friendly and the owner as well. There prices is pretty much median since they have some things that are decent prices than most of the other Oriental stores in Pensacola. Choices are limited but you do the best of what you have. Better than nothing at all.

Love going to this place especially when I’m craving for some Filipino food and delicacies. The staff is always nice especially the cashier. They also helped me pack my balikbayan box one time. I thought that was really kind and so helpful of them. The store also has alot of stuff to choose from, like snacks, frozen and canned goods, etc. You can also get balikbayan boxes here.

Super disappointed. Good selection of Filipino products but nothing was priced. Owner/manager was very rude and condescending when we asked about the pricing. She said the prices are in the computer.

Also, when wife asked about prices for shipping a Balikbayan box to Philippines, owner pointed towards front of store and said: "There is a sign with pricing.....can't you read?"
