We paid for a beautiful chair that took about a month to get, once we got it, the chair was filthy. Kanes offered to clean it. If we wanted a dirt chair cleaned I wouldn’t have spent $500 on a new one.

We’ve bought several pieces of furniture from Kanes over the years. Went couch shopping yesterday and found a display model we loved. Bart helped us get a great deal. He also helped us get delivery coordinated. Got it the next day!

This location has a huge variety and some really nice furniture. Most of the items are pretty reasonably priced and the liquidation center in the back is great for those on a tighter budget. Patricia helped me and I have to give praise to her!!! She was so kind and extremely patient with me during my visit. I was on a little bit of a budget but needed multiple pieces and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was prompt in her follow-up and easily assisted me with exchanging one of the barstools that had a stripped hole.
I would highly recommend coming here for your furniture needs, especially if you are working with Patricia. She was awesome to work with and I truly appreciated her help!

Good store with a wide selection and fair prices. I would easily give 4 stars to this store if it weren't for the sketchy sales guy we dealt with. While he was showing us around he was telling me how wonderful the warranty is. He told me that you get a bottle of spray and the warranty is good for 5 years. Never once did he mention the cost of the warranty (or even that it was an optional add on). We only realized that we were charged an extra $78 for each piece after I got to the car and reviewed the receipt.

When I went back in to cancel the warranty, he was sarcastic with me and indicated that I was "pretty excited about it" when we looked at the furniture. I told him "Sure. That's when you made me think it was included".

His manager stepped in and said that they would gladly cancel and refund the fabric warranty, which by most online accounts is basically a scam. Why else would they push so hard for that particular add-on to the point of trying to sneak it in to the invoice. Its pure profit. Please do research before agreeing to that scammy add on.

After we got the fabric "warranty" cancelled, the guy basically walked off in a huff despite the fact that we spent a lot of money on furniture.

Having said all of that, I would and likely will go back to Kanes but I will deal with a different sales person. I'm assuming they aren't all like that 🤞🏼

Update... I have upgraded my review to 4 stars. I had a problem with the chair I purchased. The chair was lumpy and uncomfortable. Personally, I felt that the chair was defective.

Kanes sent out a technician. Very nice guy who looked at the chair and reported back my issues. Although they were not able to find anything technically wrong with the chair (which I understand), they did allow me a full credit to select something different. Which I did. The only stipulation was that I pay for delivery of the new chair which I wasn't thrilled with but ultimately seemed fair enough.

At the end of the day, Kanes stood by their product and ultimately made me satisfied. We will definitely be back to Kanes in St Petersburg. Great store despite our issue with the one sales person but... Nobody's perfect.

If you are thrifty or on a budget, check the back warehouse Liquidation. Great prices on some nice furniture, if you are lucky or are not locked into a certain look or style.

Brady Michalik Help me considerably. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and took all the time. That was necessary for me to find what I wanted and at the price that I wanted. Is definitely a very good professional and it's definitely an asset to your company. I'm going to recommend him to my friends and send referrals to him.
