They advertise discount for gas in cash but once you pump gas you pay for the higher cost credit card price. They said I am not buying enough gas to complain.

This is a Valero gas station, but their system blocks the use of the Valero Pay app. Probably because when you use it, you get an additional discount per gallon and they don't want to take the hit of the discount.
