It was great! Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, easy check in and check out, courteous and attentive service. Love the black out curtains in the bedroom. They responded immediately when I texted and were always helpful. The grounds were beautiful and we loved taking a morning walk around the lake. Maybe next time we will get to use the pool and workout room. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an enjoyable stay at the Kasa Delray. The accommodations were very spacious, the amenities were great and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. In addition the apartment was fully equipped with household items. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised that we received extras like coffee pods, soap refills etc. Overall, this was one of the most comfortable stays we’ve had in a while. We would definitely stay there again. Kudos to Kasa Delray!

Everything was great, so well stocked. I only wish the advertisement was misleading, I got the impression is was like a resort, but it is apartment complex. It fit our purpose for visiting family, but I would not be happy if this was a vacation.
It was very clean, well equipped with all you would need. Good place!

This my second time booking a stay with Kasa and thought it would be perfect for Thanksgiving vacation for our family of 3. We loved the location, not in the center of downtown so very quiet, lots of open space to walk our dog, but still just a quick ~10/15min drive to restaurants and the beach.

However, while the photos of the space looked absolutely beautiful, when we got in we realized there was A LOT of wear and tear on the rooms and furniture. The couch was completely sunk in (thankfully, we got the two bedroom and no one needed to use the couch pull out bed), though the beds themselves were very wobbly and squeaked a lot too. There were some larger holes in the walls, lots of rust in the bathroom/tub, and some broken furniture as well.

The rooms also come equipped with a smoke and noise detector, which in theory sounds like a great idea to ensure occupants are being respectful of noise and non-smoking - which was exactly what our family was looking for, a quiet vacation by the beach. But in practice, the sensor calibration is EXTREMELY sensitive, we were constantly getting automated alerts from Kasa saying that the noise sensor was going off. We eventually realized that our dog's squeaky toy was apparently setting it off and explained to Kasa customer service, who were easy to work with, but did cause us a ton of confusion for the first few days of our stay, especially since the automated alerts come with a scary warning about fines and vacating the property for noise disturbances that weren't happening.

Additionally some of the listed amenities had some issues or were missing ie. we did not have any dishwasher pods to use the dishwasher until halfway through our stay and the dryer was not working (which unfortunately we did not find out until AFTER we had already done laundry).

Overall, we appreciated the ease of booking and check in with Kasa, and loved the location - but the quality of the the room we were in on this property were far below what we were hoping/expecting compared to my last experience.

The view is like in the photos, it overlooks a beautiful lake, you can walk around it.|We stayed in a 2-room apartment but it was not clean enough. There were thousands of tiny ants especially in our room, they got into our bed, inside our suitcase, everywhere. It was very restless and irritating!|We were not happy with the check-in procedure at all, they kept pushing our check-in time forward and we had to wait in the lobby all the time.|The kitchen had enough kitchenware but the spoons and knives next to the stove were dusty.|The beds were comfortable, the balcony was very small and table dirty.|Property close to downtown Delray (approx 5-6 mins by car), lots of things to there.

I came with my family to attend my dad's funeral. The condo was fine. There was a dirty comforter and new, unwashed sheet, but I overlooked it because overall it was fine. What was not fine, was to land back home and receive an email from the Kasa people saying we had violated their pet policy. They showed close-ups of lots of pet fur around a unit that looked like ours. They said they would be charging us $80. ||Which would have made sense--if we had brought a pet! Our one and only pet was in Massachusetts. We were barely even in the unit because we were busy with our grieving family. I explained this in an email and on the phone, where I was assured they would "investigate." I explained that I did hear a pet in the room next door. (Didn't want to throw anyone under the bus, but it was true--and maybe they had pre-registered their pet!) Several hours later they wrote back that they were "here to help" and did in fact find that we had a pet so would be charging us. No "evidence" other than close-ups of an identical unit--I suggested they check surveillance footage. They ignored that. I will be disputing the charge and letting anyone I can know to avoid this place. Such a sad, sorry scam.

This spot is amazing! The full kitchen stocked with bare necessities made eating healthy meals on the go attainable. The tvs were smart tvs and the living area was easy to unwind and relax in after a day of adventure. The comfy beds and blackout curtains ensured a restful night of sleep! Can’t wait to stay here again next trip!

We stayed here while visiting family and wanted a pet friendly space. It was excellent! Clean, comfortable, and had all the supplies we needed. A great kitchen, living, and dining area and a community pool which was excellent. I’ve already shared it with the family we were visiting.
