I have made purchases at this store before. Tomorrow is my wife's birthday and I figured I would get her something, I know it's last minute. I went into the store today to see what they had and it did not look like a very large variety of what I was looking for But wanted to take a look at pricing and see if there was any gift packages or anything for aquamarine stone. When I walked in they were busy, nobody acknowledged me. I stood for 10 minutes at the counter with no acknowledgment. Some people that came in behind me Found their way to the counter before I could say anything. I just kept my mouth shut. Eventually I walked outside for about two minutes, came back in and waited at the counter for another five minutes. Nobody has acknowledged me yet at this point. Finally when the people at the counter finish, the guy asked who's next and I said I am and a lady had came in while I was outside for two minutes and she came over to let us know that she was actually before me. The store was not under control today and therefore lost my business. I'm heading to Zales now

Just left the other store Merritt Island. I'm glad it worked out the way it did. I got a good deal on a nice aquamarine set and they were happy to collect my $300. They were not busy and very attentive.

Not saying I will not shop at Kay's again but my suggestion is that management gets with the team and you have a way to acknowledge customers so that they feel like the store is under control and that way it is known who the next person in line is.

Shelly is my amazing jewler!!! She was very patient, informative on details and helped us find the right fit! Even told me a cool fact that my ring diamond is shaped like an actual heart!!! I am so happy that the words cannot be described. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable compared to the other jewelry stores we went. I love KAY and I loved the experience we had here in the avenues Viera/Melbourne. Thank you again!!!

I just wanted to thank the manager, Kim, for making my son's experience engagement ring shopping, so wonderful and stress free. We had gone somewhere else beforehand and instead of "congratulations, we'd love to help", it was "well do you know what cut and clarity she wants" and while some men might know, most don't and it immediately soured his mood. So we left and went to Kay's. Kim was eager to show him every ring he wanted to see. What I really appreciated with that she explained everything about each ring in a way that he understood. Also, all of the staff congratulated him several times!

My fiancé and I stopped in randomly to get our wedding bands the other afternoon. The lady (Shelly) helping us was so nice and noticed us right when we walked in. We told her what we were looking for and she helped us find exactly what we needed. There were discounts we were able to get on the rings. We are so happy with what we chose as well as how our wants/ needs were met so well here. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back after the wedding to get our rings complementarily cleaned and shined up! Thank you for the great customer service!

I dropped a watch off at this location for repair about a month and a half ago, 16 October 2024, service request 34740305. I’ve been trying to call the store for couple days now, no answer and there’s no ability to leave a voicemail. If the management reads these reviews please call me, you have all my information.

The service I received when I dropped my watch off was good and the salesperson who assisted me was very helpful.

I just want to know the status of my watch. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving.

Shelly and Semi were so helpful in picking out jewelry... They have a beautiful selection at this location and a very relaxed way of working with you… They were really patient and were ready to answer any questions we had about the specifics for each piece... I highly recommend this location and working with either Shelly or Semi!!!

I came in with my partner to look at engagement rings. We weren’t planning on making a purchase that day, just browsing different styles and vendors. The sales person was very pushy and overbearing, not respecting my preferences and telling us to make a purchase ASAP to get a sale price. When I asked if I could add a gallery rail to a prong setting, she told me a gallery rail is useless and doesn’t make a difference in the security of the stone, which I know to be untrue. She also repeatedly pushed me to get a white gold ring when I said from the beginning that I want platinum. I’m sure they make money by replating white gold jewelry over and over. If you have your own opinions and want something even slightly different than what they have in the display case at the store, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
