I found this place to be convenient. They have solved a couple of corrections right there. They have a person whose job is to cancel an item during check out when the customer changes mind for whatever reason. No wasted time and no explanation was needed. They are very clean and organized. Price is also reasonable.

A supermarket that is not nice to people who don't speak Spanish! I stand first in line, wait for service for 10 minutes, a lady comes to give me service, and because I don't speak Spanish, the cashier yells at me that she doesn't understand, and everything is done with disparaging hand gestures. An unpleasant shopping experience, I will never go back there.

It was Sunday night, when it occurred to us to go look for empanadas with coffee at Key Food, since we know they sell tasty empanadas. They were just about to close the cafeteria when we arrived and saw that they had the coffee machine turned off and were cleaning it. The worker, Gina, a very kind young woman with a friendly smile, although she looked tired, she didn't stop smiling and told us that the cafeteria was already closed. I explained to him that on the phone they told me that they would be open until 8:30 pm and at that time it was 8:15 pm. She, without leaving her kindness and her smile, told me that even though she was about to start cleaning the machine, she would gladly make me a coffee. She did not stop smiling and very kindly attended me. I asked her name, she told me I'm Gina, at her command. WOW !!!… .I assure you that I pray to God to bless our dear Gina in her work, in her family and in everything in her life. I think she understands that she is the face of the company and that only the humble, simple, attentive and kind attention, she speaks more than a thousand advertisements that she can spend in the Supermarket. Thank God for Gina. The Lord give you much more Gina. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

It's a very niche Latino market which wasn't obvious from the name "KeyFood Fresh". Think they should name it "Comida Fresca" instead maybe? Was headed to Walmart, saw I was passing a grocery store on the way there and went to KeyFood instead but didn't find the selection I wanted. However, the weekly special prices were nice, found some deals, and if you're looking for Latino food THIS IS THE PLACE! They even had a fresh cooked Latino food section serving food to order in addition to aisle after aisle of unique import foods.

Very well located with great variety of central and south America foods and spices. They usually have some deals with fruits and vegetables. Great variety of meals and desserts ready to go. Cuban bread is good.

Always excellent seafood, most of the time good produce, mangoes, fresh mint, peppers, plantain, potatoes, always excellent. I've been however disappointed lately in the avocado quality, hence the 4 stars. It is unfair to sell customers avocados that even barely ripe have huge brown sections that have to be cut out. I barely had 1/4 of the last one as edible. Hoping the next purchase will have better a inspection team and I can review with 5 stars then.
