Today, I was shopping in the Key Food Supermarket on 14th Street in Bradenton, Florida. I found two products for $ 2.29 according to the shelf posted sticker price. I went to checkout to purchase the 2 items and they ringed up @ $3.69 per item. I informed the cashier that the shelf posted sticker said $ 2.29. Another cashier went to review item price and it was correct but the shelf sticker price @ $2.29 was affixed at the wrong shelf. The female cashier removed the affixed price sticker and refused to give me to price of $$2.29 for every items. The information & the removed affixed sticker price was shown to the male store supervisor of Key Food of Bradenton. The male store supervisor had no compassion nor customer first attitude. He refused to honor the shelf affixed price and he did not acknowledge the price mistake and error for the store item. Also, his attitude as a store supervisor was uncaring. I can receive excellent service and attitude @ Wal-Mart. I will shop @ Wal-Mart. Thank you.

I went there yesterday with my Son. I had Moro, Yucca, and Carne de Res. All great flavor ! The green hot sauce is bangin ! The place is even better then before and still very bright and clean. I would have gave 5 stars but the Pork tamales my Son ordered yesterday were huge but had NO meat in them it was ALL dough.

This establishment has changed over the years for the better , the storm took a hit in the outside after they just remodeled it but inside is clean, the meat selecting is wonderful , lots of Hispanic and carribean products some items are over priced but overall place is great, customer service is good and the baker and cooks for the hot food station have good seasoning♡

I was in town for work and have to head back home before hurricane Helene hits Florida. I went to this place and find all the Latin food I was looking for. The place is clean and well organized. The variety of products is great and good prices. Definitely I will be recommending this place.

This place used to be a go to place before it became Keyfood . And I understand we’re living in hard times some going through it more then others but no way should a retail store should be selling expired bread having mold growing on it and price it at $3.99 . It does have overpriced grocery compared to Walmart. They only had one Cashier upfront and One stocker on the floor it’s very lonely and not as welcoming .

Detwilers was fantastic! It is about 40 miles away but worth the trip! We were impressed. The employees were very friendly and helpful!

The variety is insane in this place. It's so well organized and a great balance of options for different nationalities. You can be introduced to some really good quality national food and bevs, and you can take some these things home and cook for yourself. My wife loves this store and so do I. All staff is friendly, the seating area is so nice, it's clean and maintained well. Excellent guys! Excellent!

I went to the Deli in the morning to get a cup of coffee a few hours after the store opened. The one coffee pot they had was almost completely empty. I asked for a cup.... even though the coffee clearly looked bad. The lady said, I'm sorry I don't have a fresh pot...but, she poured a cup, handed to me....and said, no charge. I took the cup, walked away and proceeded to the front to exit. Four different staff members shouted at me at the same time, saying that the coffee WASN'T FREE. I told the staff that the lady at the deli gave it to me because it was all she had, and it was not not fresh. I went back to the deli to ask the lady to tell the staff that she gave me the cup. She said she didn't give it to me and that I needed to pay at the register. IVE NEVER BEEN BACK, AND CHOSE TO NOT PATRONIZE KEY FOODS.
