Love their selection of clothing, but the customer service is not great at all at the register, they need to be in the back working. When you are in retail dealing w/the public customers are high priority! Ms. Brittney need to come back wherever she is, she had great & wonderful customer service.

Mr Greg makes everything so fast and easy! They have a large selection. Just tell him the look you want and he can fix you up in minutes. On site tailoring is an added bonus

I was recently in K&G on Lakeshore Parkway in Homewood. The Customer service I received was beyond believable. From the Time I walked in until I checked out. Someone helped or offered to help me. It was Sunday 3-24-2024. Around 11:00am or Noon. Staff was amazing, price was pretty good also. They fitted me for suit and dress shirt. Also showed me how to pair the suits for the buy 1 get 2 free. Haven't had customer service like that in a long time.

I want to give a huge thanks to Maurice as he helped us find my brother a nice suit and provided excellent service. He stayed with us until we were satisfied with the suit we wanted for my brother. It is so hard to find great services like this as of today. Keep up the good work Maurice. Also, when we went to check out, Jada and another young lady was nice and provided friendly services as well.

Extremely rude customer service tonight. Even the person that was on my cell phone was shocked by the interaction. I spent more than 400 bucks tonight and to be handled so unprofessionally was like a slap in the face. Not to mention the 500 bucks that I spent two weeks ago. I understand being ready to get off and get home after a long day, but that shouldn’t deter you from doing the job you were hired for. Arrived at the store 850 pm and they were closed and already and they signal me they are close I was like 10 minutes before your advertise unacceptable. Won’t be doing business at this location will consider not doing business back in Atlanta where the home office because this of this experience alone here in lakeshore Alabama
