Had a very satisfying buyback experience here! The staff were all very nice & helpful! Special shoutout to Kayla who is always so friendly at checkout and to Kelly & Rainy for appraising the items! I brought in a full bin of clothes which was all accepted except for just a few pieces!

I previously went to the Dunwoody location a couple weeks prior to take advantage of the extra buyback percentage and it was a terrible experience even after all the time I spent prepping (laying all the items flat, putting outfits together, etc). Not to mention, I had to transfer the items in my bin to one of their bins!

I decided to try my luck in Alpharetta today after the frustrating experience at the Dunwoody location. I’m so glad I did! Had the complete opposite experience!

So come here for your buybacks and purchases! The staff & experience in Alpharetta is so much better!

I love this place! I did some Christmas shopping today for my two grandchildren and had so much fun getting really nice things for not much money. And I discovered there is a discount for grandparents. Fantastic!

Kid to Kid Alpharetta never disappoints. I’ve sold numerous kid items & my reimbursement is always reasonable. There is a nice selection of items to shop for that are in good-to-new like wear. With cheap, affordable prices this place is a great stop to not miss.

I am disappointed with the Kids To Kids Alpharetta location for failing to clearly communicate policy changes at the time of drop-off. I have been a loyal customer for the past three years and have always had positive experiences until recently. I recently dropped off 11 pairs of shoes for appraisal and was not verbally informed at the time of drop-off that items would be donated if not picked up within three days. As I am in the area every Sunday for my hair clients at my salon suite, I returned within exactly 7 business days to collect my credit.

To my dismay, I found that I received only $6 in credit and that all my shoes had been donated without any prior notification—no call, no text, no email. While Caitlyn was professional when I picked up my credit, the lack of clarity at the time of drop-off was disheartening.

Although I understand that the policy about donating items is written in the agreement, I was under the impression that it had not changed, and I was not made aware of any recent updates at the time of drop-off. This was the first time I left my items without waiting for an evaluation, and I now realize that this is not advisable.

I advise other customers to avoid leaving their items without waiting for an evaluation to ensure they fully understand the process. Given that I regularly receive marketing communications from your store, it would be beneficial to extend this level of communication to include important updates about item evaluations and donations.

I would appreciate a call from management to discuss this matter further and to explore ways to improve communication practices.

10/10!! First time going in at the Alpharetta location after a play date at Play-street Museum. Love the very reasonable prices and all name brand names. Good condition and feels like a plaudits closet for kids! 0-14 sizes and I even found something for myself! Great customer service all around! Thank you so much! 🙂 We will be back!

This place is so cute and very similar to Once Upon a Child. The inventory is reasonably priced and very good quality. I think they are picky about what they purchase from people, although I've never sold with them. They sell gently used clothes, toys, books, shoes, strollers, and more. They had $1 bins of clothes, and then when we checked out they offered $5 off of $30 if we joined the texting club and then they also give a free $1.99 book every month and have a punch card for every $10 spent. All the staff was friendly and helpful, greeted us and pointed out sale items. I'll definitely be returning when I'm in the area again.
