I was having trouble finding a dress for an event happening in LESS THAN A WEEK, and saw the great reviews for this place, so I decided to check it out. Angela was great! She pulled out several dresses, and the first one I tried on was beautiful! I don't usually go for off-shoulder dresses, but this fit so well! Highly recommend this place!!

Came in on a Sunday weeks before my picky daughter's prom. I didn't know I should have made an appointment, but these ladies were FANTASTIC! They were very helpful and accommodating to this clueless and stressed mom. The dresses themselves are beautiful and they have a great assortment of styles. This is definitely a place to check out if you need any formal wear!

After searching several stores in Miami, Doral, Online, Hialeah, I finally found this location. It's a hidden GEM. The dresses are beautiful. The location is a small size but the customer service is AMAZING. Prom can get expensive but this location has gowns/dresses that were under $350 unlike other stores that wanted $700-1000 for 1 night ! I'm super happy that I kept searching and ran into this location. I was able to find. reasonable prices and my teenager was able to get the dress that she was happy with . I highly recommend this place .... I wish I found this place sooner. Professional, Kind, Clean and Friendly.

Biggest headache one day before my wedding. Messed up color and size of the the groomsmen suits. Took them for measurements. I even went to the store several times to make payments, check on things and always reminded the lady working there the color I wanted was NAVY BLUE (she even wrote it down on the receipts). The owner didn't want me to pick up the suits a few days early because according to her she had to pay more for each day. I told her just in case of a last min. alteration but she still said NO so I had to go one day before my wedding. None of the suits fitted, she ordered all of them in black (which was not the correct color). Mess, mess everywhere. Paid so much money just to get a bunch stress right before the big day. My advice go to Macys trust me they are cheaper I checked.

Nice dresses but terrible customer service.The woman attending us kept telling us to not take pictures even though we weren’t. I called my sister on FaceTime so that she can help me choose and she literally asked who and why I’m taking to somebody. The dresses didn’t fit in that what I wanted so we left the store. We said goodbye nicely and smiled at her, she looked at us , gave us a hard side eye and didn’t say a word. Not going to come back the lady was just rude.

We stopped in today to get my sister a prom dress and had an amazing experience! The customer service was incredible and the dress selection was fabulous in all different sizes and styles. My sister walked out with a prom dress that will make her senior prom as special as she dreamed it would be! We cannot recommend Kies Boutique enough!
