Wish no stars were an option. Aside from the god awful clothing this store keeps in stock the employees are always stuck up young girls who never fail to be extremely rude and condescending and the owner is a clueless, arrogant , idiot who thinks that this boutique is the best in town despite having horrible reviews and a bad reputation. I have a few regular spots I like to frequent on my yearly vacations and this will not be one of them.

LOVE!!! Every visit they go above and beyond, finding suits etc. that I love, and encourage me to try items I would not have picked on my own (that I usually LOVE even more than my normal picks).

Subsequently I have had the opportunity to shop with all employees at this store and my experience is always excellent they even text me when pieces come in they know I'll be interested in. Highly recommend!! You'll love it!

I would select zero stars if possible. A very expensive clothing item was purchased here, and my wife decided she didn’t want them due to the fit. I went in to return them for her a week later with the receipt and tags still on. First of all, the employees treated me (and her) like we weren’t worthy of being in their store. And second, they stated they “do not do returns, ever”, only store credit. I asked how we were supposed to know that. She proceeded to point to a sign on the counter THAT WAS TURNED AROUND BACKWARDS SO NO ONE COULD SEE IT showing their policy. Literally the other side was just a generic photo in a frame, no policy. I don’t know what place in their right mind thinks that is good business policy to not accept returns for items unused with tags still on them when selling things at these prices. How in the world would anyone know this? Avoid this place at all costs.

Really beautiful pieces inside this store. Most can also be found online for cheaper but I don’t mind paying more for convenice or amazing in-store experience. As a local business owner and former retail store manager on the West Coast, I value guest experience a lot. The women inside Kiki Risa the day I visited were unpleasant, awkward, and unwelcoming. I’ve heard so many good things about this store but a negative experience will likely cause me to never shop there. Staff could be better trained on being personable and welcoming to all guests and make a better effort to encourage a fun, kitchen party-like experience. I guarantee your sales will increase and you will have more repeat guests.

As others have said, no one ever acknowledged we had walked in the store. No hello, may I help you, nothing. Felt like we were not supposed to be there.

Third time this year I've attempted to shop in this store for a special event, and again the rudest sales people I've ever encountered. You ladies work in a sub-par boutique, in destin florida, your not on Rodeo drive. The owner needs some serious training for these $11. hr employees.

This is the ONLY place to get amazing clothing, personal attention, and special pieces no one else around has. There are only a few pieces of each item ordered so you know it’s unlikely you will run into someone with the same beautiful dress. I love shopping her!!!!!❤️
