My last two service encounters the staff members went totally the extra mile to get the service done on my Vet. The first time I was standing next to Justine when he was trying to get part to fix the problem an the guy on the other told him they just went on strike an could not help him He an his department went out an searched everywhere to get the part so I
wouldn't have to wait till Chevy parts union settled the strike.
This service required replacing the radiator on the 17 year old car,an Chevrolet did not carry anymore as first part sent was incorrect,a gain as in the past ,he an the department went the extra mile an found a replacement and saved me money by doing so. Iny.opinion
there not many organizations that would do this for the customer as we are only viewed as _$$$. Have really been impressed and pleased doing business with this organization. Great job y'all !!!

A few years back King Auto had lost my business when there was a change in management. The new managers did not seem to care that I had been a loyal customer for many years buying numerous automobiles from King and referring multiple family and friends who also purchased from King. This caused me to look elsewhere and in the past three years we purchased four vehicles from other dealers. A few months ago I decided to give King another opportunity to earn my business. I spoke with the GM at the Chevrolet store. He was arrogant and seemed to not want to sell me a vehicle. I left King, went to another dealer and ordered a new SUV the next day.

Yesterday, I learned that that GM I had the poor experience with was no longer at King and that Michael Foster was back at King. I have dealt with Michael when he was preciously at King and was delighted to see him back. The day I learned Michael was back, I immediately went to visit him. I also let King Service Department repair an issue I was having with my Chevrolet 2500. I had also been taking my service needs to other dealers. Michael did not disappoint nor did Justine in the Service Department. Bringing back the old crew, Jimmy, Michael, and Jennifer was a smart move. King just might have earned my business back and I’m sure others as well.

My Tahoe had an unfortunate transmission issue right along the King Chevrolet exit. Best luck I’ve had! Justin and his staff were kind, competent and had me fixed up within days. Highly recommend!
