The products were good, but the delivery experience left something to be desired. Even though I filled out my Kole account with my proper addresses and used a payment vehicle that had my proper addresses, somehow Kole found an address from over 5 years ago and decided to send my package there. I had to have the address changed en route which delayed my delivery even further. The CSR I spoke with over eMail tried to put the blame for this on me, stating that Kole never does this. So, yeah, 3 stars is the best that I can do.

I’m extremely disappointed with Kole Imports and the lack of professionalism I’ve encountered recently. What started as a great business relationship has turned into a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal. Despite going above and beyond to provide them with all the information needed for financing, I was continually led on, told to spend more money to qualify, and still not approved. Every order I’ve placed has had issues—items arriving broken, products not as advertised, and their customer service has been unhelpful in resolving these problems. I agreed to a refund in store credit, yet they sent the refund to an old bank account I no longer have access to, completely ignoring my request. Spending nearly $500 on a damaged jewelry stand that wasn’t even the same as advertised was bad enough, but this refund issue was the final straw. I’m beyond upset with how I’ve been treated, and their total disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking. I would not recommend Kole Imports to anyone.

Received an order from Kole Imports for two swing chairs. Unfortunately one of the two arrived without the necessary hardware for assembly. Michael Franco at Kole returned my voicemail explaining the issue the same day and, when it became clear that unfortunately he would be unable to ship the hardware alone, he quickly agreed to refund the cost of the second chair. Quick, courteous, and right on point. I much appreciated his immediate and fair resolution.

I sell on Amazon and I had the worst experience with Kole imports, they do not sell legitimate products, they sold me fake products and the owner of the brand sued me and Amazon almost deactivated my store, I lost all the inventory that I had already sent , I lost a lot of money, I would never do business with them again.
They should be honest with customers about the type of products they sell.

Big scam!! Dont waste your time and money on this website or even purchasing anything from them.

We were looking for wall pieces to use a return gift for a family event. I came across "Bronze Sunflower Mirror set" for ~ $8/Piece on their website. Immediately ordered ~30 pieces. Delivery was on time but the product was totally different from what the description said on their website.

To start with,
- The weight of the product, shown on website, was not matching with actual weight. Actual weight of product is almost half the weight they mentioned on their website (attached snapshot)
- The look of product was very different from what was shown on their website. (attached snapshot)

I called their customer representative Michael Franco for seeking help with this order and Michael's response was, "if you dont like the product, you have to pay for the shipping it back to us. We usually charge some restocking fees but we can waive it for you". I was surprised with his response, how unprofessional of them. I have clearly told him I am not going to pay for shipping if the product is not matching with the description.

But seriously don't waste your time and money. I observed they have about ~4.5 stars on their own website. It looks like they just post good reviews and remove bad reviews.
