From the moment I walked in Jessica (the owner) was friendly, patient and open to helping me understand the process of doing the polishing ourself. She provided me with all the material and machine rental. She showed my husband how to use the machine and all the steps. Even allowed me to text her after hours with questions. The prices are great. Tony and Jessica were awesome!! They have supported us true the whole process and provided us with supplies even after hours. Their technician did a great job polishing the marble floors. Results were better than expected and work was done very efficiently.
