Delicious experience at Kwality Ice Cream.

I remembered the taste of ice cream in India while eating this! It was actually much richer and creamier.

We tried a Malai Kulfi and a small cup of Thandai & Pista ice cream scoops. Amazingly, you can mix 2 flavors in a cup.

The small cup is more than enough for a single person, especially if you've just had a meal. I would recommend ice cream scoops over kulfi because kulfi comes in less quantity and higher price.

Service was quick. They let you taste a few flavors before buying, but please don't take undue advantage of that. The variety of flavors is good.

They have just 2 tables inside so mostly good for takeaways.

Tried this place on my trip to san ramon. The variety is wonderful. We had Vanilla cup with sprinkles and koolfi falooda. The ice creams were delicious.

Service is pretty quick. The ambiance is ok. There are plenty of parking spots nearby.

I would definitely recommend this place! MUST TRY!!

Another indian ice cream. I tried butter scotch, malai and ferrero rocher.

Butter scotch was decent but not like wow. All others were average. I wish this place carries Motichoor laddoo flavor(it is available in pints of joy at sunnyvale) and gulab jamun was out of stock. Just need more selection.

I visited last week in the morning, and although it wasn’t busy, the girl who served us seemed unwilling to work. When I asked for a tasting, she hesitated, which wasn’t ideal. While the ice cream tasted great, the service was lacking.

The best ice cream I have ever had in my entire life. The butterscotch is unmatched compared to any other ice cream shop. I got very good customer service from the person working there and it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

We used to gorge on amazing high quality ice creams in Pennsylvania but I couldn't find a decent outlet ever since moving to the East Bay area. And the stores don't seem to have a plethora of ice creams either. But boy I'm so glad I finally found a spot which we can frequent! And they have all of my childhood favorites like the Indian Butterscotch (the best IMO), pistachio, cassata (Neapolitan comes close in format), Chikoo, Falooda and so many more. The ice creams aren't overly sweet and hit the flavor notes just right. I love how they have a full variety of regular American and popular Indian flavors and I seriously couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work guys.
