100% sham store. Everything in the window is faded from the sun and dusty. Hysterical that Kyle claims she is a designer with something like this out there and directly below The Agency. Also why Kyle twice? She should remove her namely completely considering how awful this looks.

I went in for my birthday because they sent me an email for a discount and I bought a beautiful cover up and a blue silk tank top, and I love them both, wore the cover up to a spa and got great compliments so I told them about your store on El Paseo and I will be taking one of them tomorrow, thank you for your unique style!

I recently had an amazing shopping experience at Kyle x Shahida! I was blown away by the collection of clothes and accessories you have in store. What stood out to me the most was your excellent customer service. The team was so attentive and helpful throughout my shopping journey.

I also love that you can create pants with custom measurements for each customer. This was a huge plus for me since I often find it hard to find pants that fit perfectly.

In Palm Desert for first time. Stopped by store. Disappointing. Never acknowledged by staff (we were the only couple in store). Person in store too busy on phone talking to friend about Chevy Chase in Christmas Vacation. Left and went to Saks.
