I recently bought what was advertised as an 18-karat Rolex from this pawnshop, only to discover that it’s actually only 10-karat gold. I trusted the staff and their claims, but after getting it professionally appraised, it turns out they sold me a lower-quality product at a higher price. This feels like a total scam, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Buyer beware – do your research before purchasing anything here!

Very friendly store. Was greeted right away and asked to let them know if i needed any help or had any questions to feel free to ask. Had a few questions on 2 ryobi cordless carvers and was quickly attended by Nestor Heredia . He answered my questions to my satisfaction and i ended up purchasing both items. I will definatly return to this store and other La Familia pawn and jewelry locations. They do a fine job.
