Rooms are dated and mine was not clean. Left washcloth from previous guest hanging in the shower along with the empty soap box from the bar soap. The top decorative “blanket” on one bed had a large cigarette burn on it. The elevator is very sketchy and takes about 5 minutes between waiting on it to move and the “travel” time. Door frames are rusty and “leaking” through the paint. When I got to the room the AC was off and when I turned it on there was an error code apparently and it would not work. The desk clerk was young but polite and respectful and did come reset the AC and got it going. The mattresses absolutely suck though. Location is great and clerk was cool but otherwise don’t recommend it.

Amazing for the price, only stopped for one night but usually la quinta is not a bad choice, most of my stays here are either 3 nights or fewer for short trips and so far have not had any issues whatsoever with the stays, there is plenty parking even with people double parking ,rooms are clean and there is coffee and tea in the lobby. ||||Check in is easy as 2 minutes, check out is even faster! Breakfast is small but great and its location is near a highway so its easy for roadtrip or overnight stay while driving. Would recommend all the time if you are in a budget or need a quick stay.

Great value! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, convenient location. I don't base my stays on free breakfast as I prefer Dunkin and McDonalds, both of which are close to this hotel. The hotel did offer fresh fruit options to grab and go along with waffles, juices, sausage and eggs, breads. etc.

It's not too bad for the price. Very basic breakfast, rooms were clean but dated. Close to a few eateries, including a Starbucks right across the parking lot.

If you're in town to play shuffleboard over at Tropical Haven, you can stay here. It's about 25 minutes away.

This is me and my husband’s second stay at this La Quinta. With the holidays, the hotel was very busy the time of year we stayed, but it didn’t impede the pleasant service we received from the staff. They were very accommodating! The area makes for very humid conditions so it was nice to have a dehumidifier in the room. Without it we would have been sweltering. The location is conveniently right off of 95 South and near to grocery stores. So it was perfect whenever we found ourselves in need. 10/10 we will likely stay again.

I think is perfect. It's clean. Has a fridge. Had issue with shower curtain rod, was fixed by time I got home. All amenities. Starbucks, cracker barrel, Walmart, burger King and gas all around the parameter. Price beat the other guys. Great place.

We came for a softball tournament at Space Coast. It was a short distance to the field. Rooms were clean and staff was accommodating. We asked for the room to be cleaned between our weekday. They did a great job. Also fresh towels, daily and morning breakfast provided.We will stay again!

Great location for me. I was visiting and have friends in both north and south brevard county. The staff is great at the front desk. Mike and Martha take care of everything almost instantaneously! Very good hot breakfast every day with eggs, sausage and more! Completely satisfied with a nice room, comfortable bed, quiet night’s sleep in a clean, reasonably priced hotel for me and my 2 little dogs. Safe and Walmart next door! Save on things you need or forgot!
