The best croissants in Fort Lauderdale! Very very close to authentic French bakery! I love the ambiance. The downside is they only open 8am to 3 pm Tuesday their Sunday. They were so good that we took some home... we came back for breakfast, and I had a croque madam that was too dry, as was the omelet my partner had, and I would never order them again. We came back a third time for breakfast. The croissants weren't very fresh this morning. We ordered eggs over easy and were very disappointed because they came fully cooked and salted. The coffee was still good. I had previously given it 4 stars and downgraded the review because of lack of consistency in food and service.
5* excellent
4* very good
3* good but not consistently
2* not worth it
1* don't even think about it

This is literally the best croissant in Fort Lauderdale and I have tried them all. It is the same quality of croissants that I would get in Europe. Yes this place is expensive but worth it as a treat once in awhile. The flavor croissant that I would recommend are regular, pistachio, chocolate and cookie dough. They are just amazing!

This place is great. Tomato quiche, a latte (they also have tea), and bread pudding. Yum, can't wait to go back. And pricing is just like anyplace downtown but customer service and quality are phenomenal here.
They added crepes to the menu, really good.
You have to try the apricot pastry! It has some powdered sugar on top.
The carrot cake is so good, has some edible glitter on top.

Worst breakfast I have had for a while.

We came in on a Friday morning at 10:00AM, the place was empty and we were promptly seated.

I ordered a croque madame for $12. It was dry and chewy, no flavor and served without any salad. I actually spotted these croque monsieur in one of their fridge. Who knows how long they have been sitting in there.

My partner ordered an avocado toast. Not only it was absolutely uninteresting but served on a piece of processed sliced bread from the grocery store. While menu says home made bread.

A third guest order the chicken croissant, she was happy with it and specifically liked the salad dressing. So that was the positive point.

Drinks were bad. We did not drink them. The cappuccino is a coffee drink made of nasty coffee and cinnamon on top. The iced mocha had no flavor of chocolate/cacao or coffee. They make their drinks with a capsule-type coffee machine, you can only get poor drinks from this. And also not worth the $5 price tag. The waiter saw that I did not drink my cappuccino, and he removed it from the bill. That was a nice gesture. Too bad he did not ask about the mocha.

This place may have good pastries according to other reviews, but food items and drinks aren’t their forte. They probably have more traffic on weekend with fresh items, but week days are dead and some items might be stale. It’s a really a shame because the location by the water is amazing.

Horrible service. The manager didn’t feel like serve us the croissants we wanted, but she did to another customer, when my daughter asykwr why, she said she ask the baker to make a special one for that other customer. She looked like she was sleepwalking!
