I had a wonderful experience with Laajavaab! I visited the store to find wardrobes for myself and my classmates for a project we were doing on India. The customer service was excellent, the store was clean, and the wardrobe selection was stunning and high-quality. They shared insights about their culture and even gave my daughter treats from India. Such kind-hearted people with great energy—they made me feel truly welcome. Oh and their bags are super cute that they give after purchasing. I love it.

Very friendly and helpful. I was an ignorant white American who didn’t know exactly what I needed for a Bangladeshi wedding, and they kindly helped me figure out what was appropriate and what was available in my budget. They helped zip me up and find accessories. I bought a sale item with missing zippers and she stitched temporary clips in and told me she’s sew in a new zipper for me if I brought it back (I didn’t have time for alters as it was last minute).

One of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had.
I returned to the store just three days after my original purchase, hoping to simply exchange the items for something more suitable. To my shock, I was denied both an exchange and a return—despite the extremely short timeframe and the items being in perfect condition.

This kind of rigid, customer-unfriendly policy is not only disappointing but also speaks volumes about how little this business values its customers. I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. There are plenty of retailers in town who stand behind their products and genuinely care about customer satisfaction—this is not one of them.

Omg! I have to rave about this place! So first we are Hispanic so we honestly don’t know much about the clothing but We came here to find an outfit for my daughter sweet 16 that’s Arabian theme. We told them our budget and they were so kind and attentive. I had Dara assist us and OMG she was soooo amazing so patient and sweet! Not only she was able to help us find a fit for my daughter but me and my husband as well! Everyone we met there was so incredibly sweet and funny. We also had Katan help us (I believe that’s how u spell his name) he saved the day by finding the right size outfit for my husband that he loved! We tried one of their candy pieces and He told us a story about his country where they gave a beautiful festival filled with people and the carts of treats they have you can honestly see they joy in his face when he spoke about it.
Aside from the customer service the outfits are all so beautifully made all hand made as well. Every single detail was so amazing! The prices varied but it’s like they say you pay for what you get. They had sale racks and then in the back was more the wedding look and gosh beautiful but very pricey but understandable with alll the beading and intricate details. Okay sorry long review but honestly they deserve 10 stars! We will be back to pick up my daughter outfit since they also do alterations as well. All in all 10/10 I’m so glad we came here

This is a wonderful Indian Boutique. The clothes are excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

My wife and i shopped there, tried on a-lot and bought a few outfits. A few days later my wife said ‘I really miss the first outfit i tried on’. I called them. They recalled our visit, knew exactly the first outfit my wife tried on and were able to post it to us. This is exceptional customer service by very kind people.

I am so glad my husband and I made the
1.5 hour trip. I have never shopped for Indian clothing before. We are parents of the groom and had no idea what we needed to wear. Everybody was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! So many choices of beautiful, quality clothing at reasonable prices and very convenient to have alterations available on site!
