Disappointing customer service by the owner. I went to purchase an item and noticed a stain on the front. The lovely assistant said she would contact the owner about a small discount and would contact me. I was contacted and told the owner would offer a 25% discount and I arranged to pick up the top. Just before returning to the store I was contacted and told the owner had changed her mind. Doesn’t seem customer friendly to me.

Beautiful store, high end finds, but not a lot of inventory. Absolutely zero customer service- not even a hello. And we made a purchase--no eye contact, no thank you, no "come again". The reviews about a rude owner are spot on. Honestly bizzare behavior.

Labels is a consignment store that carries high end designer products from the likes of Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, and more. The ambiance and environment is inviting, the staff are charismatic, respectful, and have a great eye for style. For someone who just moved from NYC, this is the only place I go for quality shopping.

I've read the reviews from previous customers and they were all positive. But my experience was very negative. There was also another customer and she was asked if she would like a dressing room. As non- Caucasian, they gave no customer service. I still supported their business and bought a couple of nice items.
I refuse to be offended!

I guess they are not so sharp, I went inside a few time and I bought some clothes, I was in the luxury retail for 25 years i know pretty well how to ménage with this kind of people, the owner she’s snooty without reason and very rude….never again too bad because I could be very good customer

I think and I know this is the best and most honest consignment clothing store in Vero Beach. I know this because I have tried them all. These ladies are professional and only consign designer items. They are fair with honesty and integrity. I don’t have to worry about getting ripped off,my clothes stolen or donated. And shopping there is amazing as the clothes are top notch!! Highly recommend doing business. Cinnamon is a great lady along with her employees!

I would highly recommend shopping here! Beautiful high end items at fabulous prices. They greeted me and offered me water as soon as I walked in the door. I've been in the store several times and have always had a great experience! Obsessed with the Tory sandals I got there!
